Walking through the corridors of music is complex, and many times we need a push to encourage us to continue, to focus on our purpose and not stop our work, not to lose sight of the goal we have set ourselves with our music. Using the resource of motivation is very important, it pushes the musicians to give the best of themselves and increase their productivity, which is something very valuable. However, we must remember that the real motivation comes from within each person and is reinforced with its purpose, but external motivation often comes at difficult times that restore our faith in our process.

^{Caminar por los pasillos de la música es complejo, y muchas veces necesitamos un empuje que nos anime a seguir, a enfocarnos en nuestro propósito y no parar nuestro trabajo, no perder de vista el objetivo que nos hemos propuesto con nuestra música. Usar el recurso de la motivación es muy importante, ese empuje a los músicos para que den lo mejor de sí y aumenten su productividad es algo muy valioso. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que la real motivación viene desde adentro de cada persona y va reforzada con su propósito, pero, la motivación externa muchas veces llega en momentos difíciles que nos restablecen la fe en nuestro proceso.}

From Musiczone we are committed to continue motivating artists in different ways. On this occasion, within this new stage of the Hive Music Festival we have proposed to encourage that artist who stands out from the other stars that are part of this majestic musical event; clarifying that this award is independent of the artist of the final prize. Remember that the Hive Music Festival has three rounds, where musicians will be offering their best so that the judges can fairly deliberate our winning artists.

In Week #163, in its first round, we have 36 valid participants, and we can clearly say that all have been exceptional, magnificent, and brilliant presentations. Without a doubt, every week, without fail, the artists of the Hive Music Festival shine like the great stars they are, putting the jury in a complex position; choosing an artist each week is not easy. Due to the increased number of participants in the Hive Music Festival, we will limit ourselves to mentioning the total number of artists who have performed. We will only highlight the most relevant artists of the week, omitting the tagging of the other participants.
