Walking through the corridors of music is complex, and many times we need a push to encourage us to continue, to focus on our purpose and not stop our work, not to lose sight of the goal we have set ourselves with our music. Using the resource of motivation is very important, it pushes the musicians to give the best of themselves and increase their productivity, which is something very valuable. However, we must remember that the real motivation comes from within each person and is reinforced with its purpose, but external motivation often comes at difficult times that restore our faith in our process.

^{Caminar por los pasillos de la música es complejo, y muchas veces necesitamos un empuje que nos anime a seguir, a enfocarnos en nuestro propósito y no parar nuestro trabajo, no perder de vista el objetivo que nos hemos propuesto con nuestra música. Usar el recurso de la motivación es muy importante, ese empuje a los músicos para que den lo mejor de sí y aumenten su productividad es algo muy valioso. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que la real motivación viene desde adentro de cada persona y va reforzada con su propósito, pero, la motivación externa muchas veces llega en momentos difíciles que nos restablecen la fe en nuestro proceso.}

From Musiczone we are committed to continue motivating artists in different ways. On this occasion, within this new stage of the Hive Music Festival we have proposed to encourage that artist who stands out from the other stars that are part of this majestic musical event; clarifying that this award is independent of the artist of the final prize. Remember that the Hive Music Festival has three rounds, where musicians will be offering their best so that the judges can fairly deliberate our winning artists.

In Week #124, in its first round, we have 38 valid participants and we can clearly say that all have been exceptional, magnificent, and brilliant presentations. Without a doubt, every week, without fail, the artists of the Hive Music Festival shine like the great stars they are, putting the jury in a complex position; choosing an artist each week is not easy. Due to the increased number of participants in the Hive Music Festival, we will limit ourselves to mentioning the total number of artists who have performed. We will only highlight the most relevant artists of the week, omitting the tagging of the other participants.

Sin duda, cada semana, sin falta, los artistas del Hive Music Festival brillan como las grandes estrellas que son, colocando al jurado en una compleja posición; elegir ahora un artista cada semana, no se la estamos poniendo fácil. With a masterful performance that took everyone's breath away at the Hive Music Festival, he was able to demonstrate why he deserves this recognition. His version of "Vida Loca" by Francisco Céspedes, adapted for voice and piano, was an emotional journey that fused melancholy and romanticism with a moving intensity. 🎤🎹 His warm, nuanced voice displayed a range of feelings: from the most heartbreaking heartbreak to the most intimate longing. The piano, for its part, wove a perfect dialogue with his singing. @alainsaez1517, with this performance, was not only crowned Artist of the Week, but also made it clear that music, in his hands, is a language of the heart. An artist who has shined with his own light at the Hive Music Festival is @thonykx01, who stood out for his bold fusion of Progressive Rock Metal and generic experimentation, uniting strength, drastic changes and subtle melodies in a challenging sonic tapestry. He showed us mastery by integrating elaborate chords and refined techniques in a spontaneous one-take recording, reflecting authenticity and technical mastery. We have also had the privilege of hearing @naradamoon with an intimate and sensitive performance! He, with his warm voice and precise guitar, chose "Fusión" by Jorge Drexler. He gave us a magical moment of authenticity, reminding us that music, in its harmonic simplicity, can be a powerful vehicle for the universal. Bravo for transforming the stage into a space of encounter with the sublime!
