Walking through the corridors of music is complex, and many times we need a push to encourage us to continue, to focus on our purpose and not stop our work, not to lose sight of the goal we have set ourselves with our music. Using the resource of motivation is very important, it pushes the musicians to give the best of themselves and increase their productivity, which is something very valuable. However, we must remember that the real motivation comes from within each person and is reinforced with its purpose, but external motivation often comes at difficult times that restore our faith in our process.

^{Caminar por los pasillos de la música es complejo, y muchas veces necesitamos un empuje que nos anime a seguir, a enfocarnos en nuestro propósito y no parar nuestro trabajo, no perder de vista el objetivo que nos hemos propuesto con nuestra música. Usar el recurso de la motivación es muy importante, ese empuje a los músicos para que den lo mejor de sí y aumenten su productividad es algo muy valioso. Sin embargo, debemos recordar que la real motivación viene desde adentro de cada persona y va reforzada con su propósito, pero, la motivación externa muchas veces llega en momentos difíciles que nos restablecen la fe en nuestro proceso.}

From Musiczone we are committed to continue motivating artists in different ways. On this occasion, within this new stage of the Hive Music Festival we have proposed to encourage that artist who stands out from the other stars that are part of this majestic musical event; clarifying that this award is independent of the artist of the final prize. Remember that the Hive Music Festival has three rounds, where musicians will be offering their best so that the judges can fairly deliberate our winning artists.

In Week #105, in its third round, we have 11 valid participants and we can clearly say that all have been exceptional, magnificent, and brilliant presentations. Without a doubt, every week, without fail, the artists of the Hive Music Festival shine like the great stars they are, putting the jury in a complex position; choosing an artist each week is not easy. We will mention the artists present in this week #105 of the Hive Music Festival in its third round. They are:

An artist with incredible talent, spirituality, and purpose is @elisonr13. Her participation in the March for Jesus was truly inspiring. Her performance of Daniel Calveti's songs transported us to a place of deep spiritual connection. The warmth of your voice and the mastery with which you played the guitar created an atmosphere of worship that moved everyone present. Each note resonated with a sincerity that made us feel part of something bigger than ourselves. The passion you have for music and for sharing your faith with others is evident. The Hive Music Festival is filled with joy. We were deeply moved by @ovey10's performance of “Look What You've Done Already.” His voice and guitar convey an infectious peace and joy. It's clear how grateful you are to God and how that faith is reflected in your music. Thank you for sharing your talent with us and for being part of the Hive Music Festival community! We also want to congratulate @musicandreview for their version of “El Martillo” – it was a true revelation. The main riff, played with such precision and feeling, had us all dancing. The way you played the bass in the solo was simply brilliant. The influence of Caramelos de Cianuro is noticeable in your style, but at the same time you gave it a personal and original touch. Congratulations on this excellent performance!
