What a classic - you can not do anything wrong about this song even remaking - love the version by Sylver from Belgium

I bought the album as music cassette back in 1980

We had the Beatles, Elvis, the Stones but Abba probably made pop music really happen. To see no one of these guys learned to read music - they played and composed all songs based on feeling.

So mabye we should use post to praise Sweden for that

They created the most wonderful melodies for the music world and seem to be still top 3 all time of most sold albums - I might be wroing though - for many folks they are the omnly reason to still watch Eurovision song contest given they won it and really become a dominating music force - unfortunately they split up way to early but their music will always be here, covered by superstars like Madonna, played at every party.

Abba sounds will always be alive

Guven they are open to any music genre, everybody can sing the songs, dance to them, they can be remixed for Techno and other genres - opera, musical wahtever, to me the perfect musical development staraigt after Johann Sebastian Bach :-).
