King Changó became known in Venezuela and the world through strategic collaborations and a sound they called "Latin Ska," a frantic mix of ska, reggae, salsa, merengue, dancehall, and punk. A major milestone was their participation in the compilation album "Silencio=Muerte: Red Hot + Latin," where they recorded the song "Who Ever You Are" with the American group Geggy Tah, a track that served as their introduction on national radio stations.
