I know that week 41 of the Vibes Web3 Music Competition is already underway, but I still didn't want to miss the opportunity to highlight my favorite artists from week 40. Each week brings new performances, and with that, the level of the participants continues to rise. I must say that I am very pleased with the high caliber of the artists who are here. For me, it is an honor to share the stage with outstanding talents who stand out week after week. I have definitely learned a lot from them. So, without further ado, here are my favorite artists from week 40.

This is the first time I've seen @sarkissamarji in action. In fact, I saw on his feed that he hadn't posted on the blockchain for about four years, so we can say that he made a triumphant return to the Web3 scene. This time, Sarkis shared a guitar solo from the song Counterbalance by the metal band Threat Signal. Less than two minutes were more than enough to see the virtues of this guitarist, who showed off his excellent technique. His versatility and mastery of the guitar are evident. By the way, his cat watched every move intently, perhaps wanting to learn a thing or two.

This isn't the first time @thonykx01 has shared his talents with the community. I'd say he's one of those talented regulars who never ceases to amaze. Each performance of this kind is undoubtedly an invitation to enjoy yourself. This time, he performs an original song in which he plays several catchy guitar solos that are pleasing to the ear. It's amazing to see him playing the guitar so calmly, but enjoying and feeling every chord and strum. Without a doubt, “Pog” is a song with a lot of potential.

Mastery of vibrato is one of the many things that @suanetmusic does very well. From the moment we hear her voice, we know that what follows will be enjoyable. I have listened to several versions of “Qué será de ti” and practically know the lyrics by heart. It is a song that has certain demands, but these posed no problem for Suanet. By the way, I really liked the personal arrangements Suanet made to the song. Definitely beautiful.

I must admit that the first thing that caught my attention about this presentation was the song selected by @sleemfit, “Is This Love” by Bob Marley. It's a song that I really like and that I had the pleasure of seeing live many years ago with The Wailers, who are still active today. We all know how talented @sleemfit is as a singer. I've listened to many of his performances over the years, and he has only gotten better. He has a pleasant voice that he uses as he pleases and is quite original.

The aforementioned artists inspire me to want to better myself. It's inspiring to see how they perform with their voices and musical instruments. The Vibes competition has definitely brought out the best in those who dare to show off their talents and skills. I'm looking forward to the performances in week 41. I know that, just like in previous weeks, there will be those who surprise us with spectacular performances. A big hug to everyone!
