Hive Open Mic Week 226 // The Beginning (Bass Cover) By @musicandreview

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

Dear Hive Open Mic community, it's a pleasure to be here again with the humble musical content I offer you, it's been a while since the last time I posted a bass cover here, so it's time to share something. "The Beginning", is a song by the Japanese alternative rock band ONE OK ROCK, the truth is I'm not a fan of this band, but I got to this song thanks to Youtube's algorithm, once I heard it I was hooked and now I always listen to it.

The original track I used for this presentation is about 5 minutes long, I edited it to make it shorter and more enjoyable for all of you, but don't worry, the most important part will be in the video. I used the Moises application to remove the original bass so that I could record my line freely. This time I used a more discreet bass effect than the ones I usually use, actually the type of song deserves it.

I hope the song and my presentation is to everyone's liking, it was a pleasure to share with all of you, a big hug!

It is very unlikely to find a fan of this band in these parts, what a nice coincidence. And yes, "The Beginning" is a spectacular song, is there any other song you recommend me?

From One OK Rock?
If so...
I like "Wherever You Are" and "Heartache"...
I also enjoyed listening to "Mighty Long Fall", "C.h.a.o.s.m.y.t.h." and their Collab with Avril Lavigne "Listen". 😎✨

Hey gran amigo @musicandreview It’s awesome to see you back with another bass cover. "The Beginning" is such a great track, and your version really does it justice. I love how you edited the track to keep it engaging and used a more subtle bass effect—it really suits the vibe of the song. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Looking forward to hearing more from you soon. Big hugs back!

Yes, I really wanted to add other effects, but I don't think it was convenient because of the type of song. And well, little by little I'm getting better at editing the videos to make them more attractive.

I'll be back soon, thanks for your support.

Blessed be the YouTube algorithm that recommends us songs that we had no idea existed and end up fascinating us haha 😂

Excellent cover, this song has a lot of energy to start the day full of energy 💪

It's not the first time that Youtube recommends me good music, it's amazing how the algorithm works, although with the amount of different things I see I think I'll drive it crazy 😅.

Have a great day!
