Yes we can now make professional style art of ourselves or our dear ones with just a few prompts and print them as high resolution posters.
I have been restoring a lot of my old family pictures, it has been an very fruitful job.
Also try on clothes that I wish to wear myself and simply hard to find, or not common for these part of town, or sometimes, it looks too crazy for wearing it.
