With that said the Westmoreland Hemp and Ganja Farmers Association (WHAGFA) will be bring the herb. Not just the herb but the best from Orange Hill. Apart from the herb there will be educational materials, products, cultural presentation and Ones and Ones to explain and teach regarding the culture.
