Three Tune Tuesday: Reggae - Reggae - Reggae
I thought I'd make it easy on myself with Three Tune Tuesday this week.
I love all kinds of different styles of music, but Reggae is definitely one style that has a big piece of my heart, and music that I can listen to at most moments of the day and life.
It doesn't matter whether I'm sad, happy, stressed, feeling crazy, or a few of those combined:
Reggae is always there to save the day.
So without further ado, I will get right into it.

Memory Fast Forward by Beef!
Beef is a Dutch Reggae band. And not only that, but they are from my home town.
I used to work as a volunteer at a place in my city, where (mostly) new talent could come and show their music. We also had regular, monthly theme nights (mostly on Saturday). One week it would be Salsa night, and another we had a Reggae night. The Reggae nights were the nights I always worked as a regular bar keeper. It was hard to get into those regular nights, so once I was in, I was in and no one could get me out. I even worked the very last of the Reggae nights, only days after my second daughter was born, because I just didn't want to miss it. The city had decided to stop those evenings, because since they made smoking indoors illegal, all of a sudden there were 20 or so guys outside smoking weed haha. I wonder why...
It wasn't an issue. They weren't making any trouble, but the neighborhood had complained so....(stupid neighbors...).
Luckily my colleagues didn't let me do much that night, so I could really enjoy the party for the very last time.
Beef was a regular each Reggae night, so we got to know the band really well, and their songs.
This one is my favorite!

Criminal (cover) by Hacha Leiva
I only just discovered this man when I stumbled upon him in a The Voice of Argentina episode.
It was a mash-up of the best Reggae voices, and he stood out to me.
Amazing voice, and amazing energy.
The song is a cover, but I like his version better than any of the others.
But I'll let you be the judge.

Mellow Mood feat. Forelock & Hempress Sativa - Inna Jamaica pt. 2
The Third and Last Tune I also found by accident. I had already heard Mellow Mood before, but never with these guys. They make for a good combination with this tune.
I also love Hempress Sativa (since recently). And well, Jamaica is very high on my list...

That's it for my Three Tune Tuesday.
I hope you enjoyed the music. I know that I can't sit still whenever I hear Reggae. It's my favorite dance music.
I wish you a great rest of your week!
