Saludos comunidad de #hive, en esta oportunidad quiero presentarles un nuevo cover junto al profesor Daniel Centeno @danieldedosd2 en la guitarra, de una canción que significa mucho para mí y para todos los que somos venezolanos, porque nos mueve la fibra más honda de nuestro sentimiento y de nuestro ser. En esta se narra de forma poética cómo es Venezuela y su gente a través de los ojos de sus autores, quienes aunque no habían nacido en nuestro país, sintieron lo maravillosa que es esta tierra y el calor incomparable de las personas que tuvimos la dicha de nacer y vivir aquí.

La obra fue escrita y musicalizada por los españoles Pablo Herrero Ibarz y José Luis Armenteros Sánchez, dos compositores que escribían para muchos artistas hispanos famosos y que habían visitado el país porque estaban trabajando con algunos cantantes venezolanos. Durante esas visitas pudieron conocer varios lugares de Venezuela y dijeron haber quedado prendados de su belleza y contrastes, por ello les fue fácil escribir “desde su alma”, según sus propias palabras, la canción. “Venezuela” es considerada por nosotros los venezolanos como un segundo o tercer himno nacional (muchos consideran el “Alma llanera” como el segundo) porque nos sentimos representados en ella y, en momentos aciagos así como también en tiempos felices nos recuerda lo que somos y lo que podemos llegar a ser, siempre pensando en nuestro amado terruño, cuna de nuestra historia ya hace tiempo pasada, llena de gente eminente y de un presente plagado de gente valiosa, que ha dejado y sigue dejando el nombre de nuestro país en alto dentro y fuera de él.
