Hive music festival week 40 round 1 / Cover Antología

Saludos a toda la comunidad de hive, nuevamente tengo el placer de compartir mi talento y pasión con cada uno de ustedes, esperando de alguna manera inspirarlos y hacerlos revivir recuerdos a través de canciones y experiencias propias. Creo que la muchos de nosotros hemos adquirido nuestros gustos musicales de nuestros familiares mas cercanos, en mi casa mi madre tenía una fascinación por Shakira, Cristian Castro, Mariah Carey mientras que mi papá era mas dado al genero de la salsa así que yo crecí amando a los Adolescentes, una orquesta de salsa de mi país Venezuela. Al crecer muchos de estos gusto se mantuvieron y se añadieron otros pues la vida avanza y con ella nuevos artistas que han sabido ganarse toda mi atención.

Me he dado cuenta que la mayoría de mis covers para hive son de música que aprendí en mi niñez o adolescencia la verdad es que poco he traído de la música actual, por mas que trato y ensayo termino volviendo al pasado, en el fondo sé que hay un poco de nostalgia por esa música que considero no tiene comparación a lo que hoy un día se vende como pan caliente, creo que mientras pueda en mi voz se escucharan esos clásicos que robaron nuestros corazones.

Para esta semana quise traerles un tema de la inigualable Shakira que de vez en cuando me atrapa con alguno de sus temas, pero insisto que no se compara jamás a sus inicios, (cuestión de gustos), la sencillez de este tema es una de las cosas que mas me gusta porque creo que su enfoque es lo hermoso de su letra, la cuál nunca se repite en toda la canción, yo imagino que a veces los compositores plasman un diario en cada canción y quien las escucha puede vivirlas e imaginar esta historia, es algo que personalmente yo hago al interpretar un tema, tratar de vivirla como si fuera yo la protagonista. Greetings to the entire hive community, once again I have the pleasure of sharing my talent and passion with each one of you, hoping to somehow inspire you and make you relive memories through songs and experiences of your own. I believe that many of us have acquired our musical tastes from our closest relatives, in my house my mother had a fascination for Shakira, Cristian Castro, Mariah Carey while my dad was more given to the salsa genre so I grew up loving Los Adolescentes, a salsa orchestra from my country Venezuela. As I grew up many of these tastes remained and others were added as life moves on and with it new artists that have managed to win all my attention.

I have realized that most of my covers for hive are of music that I learned in my childhood or adolescence, the truth is that I have brought little of the current music, no matter how hard I try and rehearse I end up returning to the past, deep down I know that there is a little nostalgia for that music that I consider has no comparison to what today is sold like hot cakes, I think that while I can in my voice those classics that stole our hearts will be heard.

For this week I wanted to bring you a song of the incomparable Shakira that from time to time catches me with one of his songs, but I insist that never compares to its beginnings, (matter of taste), the simplicity of this theme is one of the things that I like because I think its approach is the beautiful of his lyrics, which is never repeated throughout the song, I imagine that sometimes composers capture a diary in each song and whoever listens to them can live them and imagine this story, is something that I personally do when interpreting a theme, try to live it as if I were the protagonist.
