Les saludo a cada uno de los pasan por aquí, agradezco el tiempo que dedican a leerme y escucharme, bienvenidos a este espacio donde comparto mi pasión por la música y algunas anécdotas y vivencias de mi vida diaria, me gusta viajar en el tiempo y disfrutar de aquellas canciones que marcaron mi vida de una manera u otra.

Agradezco al equipo de Music Zone por este espacio que nos ha ayudado a desarrollarnos como artistas, músicos y que motiva a cada participante a explorar sus habilidades y buscar mejorar semana tras semana.

Esta semana he sentido una necesidad de refugiarme en el aspecto espiritual y en la reflexión, en el mundo actual nos vemos envueltos en tantas ocupaciones para poder mejorar nuestra calidad de vida que nos vamos consumiendo , perdemos la paz que es tan importante para la salud mental y cuando nos damos cuenta la ansiedad y depresión están tocando la puerta, por eso es necesario tomar tiempos donde podamos pensar en lo que realmente queremos para nuestra vida y encontrar ese equilibrio que tanto necesitamos, porque el cuerpo y la mente se van desgastando.

Así que mi manera de encontrar esa paz anhelada es meditando y agradeciendo lo bueno y porque no? También lo malo, recordar que Dios me ama y me conoce me hace sentir segura y protegida, esta canción expresa ese sentimiento de que puedo confiar y descansar en que mi vida está a Salvo en sus manos. De esta manera encuentro a diario ese reinicio para poder continuar con buena actitud porque la vida es para disfrutarla y no para sobrevivir en el intento de encontrar la felicidad, somos felices cuando aprendemos hacer agradecidos.

I greet each of you who pass through here, I appreciate the time you spend reading and listening to me, welcome to this space where I share my passion for music and some anecdotes and experiences of my daily life, I like to travel in time and enjoy those songs that marked my life in one way or another.

I thank the Music Zone team for this space that has helped us to develop as artists, musicians and that motivates each participant to explore their skills and seek to improve week after week.

This week I have felt a need to take refuge in the spiritual aspect and reflection, in today's world we are involved in so many occupations to improve our quality of life that we are consumed, we lose the peace that is so important for mental health and when we realize the anxiety and depression are knocking on the door, so it is necessary to take time where we can think about what we really want for our lives and find that balance we need so much, because the body and mind are wearing out.

So my way to find that longed peace is meditating and thanking for the good and why not? Also the bad, remembering that God loves me and knows me makes me feel safe and protected, this song expresses that feeling that I can trust and rest in that my life is safe in his hands. In this way I find daily that restart to be able to continue with a good attitude because life is to enjoy it and not to survive in the attempt to find happiness, we are happy when we learn to be grateful.
