Hive Open mic Week 284 | Cover "sobreviviendo"

Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive, bienvenidos a este espacio musical. Me alegra estar de vuelta con ustedes una semana más para seguir compartiendo mis experiencias y pensamientos sobre la vida y la música.

En la semana número 284 quise traerles una canción que me impactó profundamente la primera vez que la escuché porque me sentí identificada con la visión del compositor. Sobreviviendo es una canción interpretado por el grupo mexicano Camila y habla sobre la nostalgia que sentimos los adultos cuando pasa el tiempo y nos damos cuenta que la vida no era lo que pensamos, que crecer duele, que muchos llevamos heridas y que quisiéramos retroceder el tiempo y vivir esos momentos de inocencia cuando todo era más sencillo y feliz.

Probablemente todos llegamos a una edad donde nos invade ese pensamiento de querer volver al pasado y reencontrarnos con personas y etapas que nos hicieron felices, crecer conlleva una responsabilidad y madurez que en ocasiones puede ser muy difícil afrontar. Finalmente el compositor en su última estrofa hace una reflexión sobre disfrutar el presente y a la persona que amamos, en mi caso puedo decir que enfocarme en mi familia y mis proyectos es el mayor bienestar que puedo tener.

In week 284, I wanted to share a song that had a profound impact on me the first time I heard it because I identified with the composer's vision. Sobreviviendo is a song performed by the Mexican group Camila and talks about the nostalgia we adults feel when time passes and we realize that life was not what we thought it would be, that growing up hurts, that many of us carry wounds, and that we would like to turn back time and relive those moments of innocence when everything was simpler and happier.

We probably all reach an age where we are overcome by the desire to return to the past and reconnect with people and stages of life that made us happy. Growing up brings with it a responsibility and maturity that can sometimes be very difficult to face. Finally, in the last verse, the composer reflects on enjoying the present and the person we love. In my case, I can say that focusing on my family and my projects is the greatest well-being I can have.
