Cover "Que te quería"

Gente bella de Hive, es un placer saludarles, les doy la bienvenida a este espacio donde suelo compartir canciones que han dejando una huella en mis recuerdos.

Si hay algo que he aprendido en la música es a ser versátil, tratar de aprender un poco de cada cosa para defenderme en momentos en los que las cosas no salen como yo espero. En esta oportunidad tuve que usar la guitarra eléctrica de mi esposo porque se me rompió una cuerda de mi guitarra acústica y no creo poder reponerla aún, aunque al principio parecía ser muy fácil, la realidad es que fué un poco incómodo acostumbrarme a su sonoridad y a su mastil que es más pequeño que mi guitarra, creo que es la tercera vez que toco la guitarra de mi esposo y les confieso que me gustó mucho en esta oportunidad porque me sentí más suelta y cómoda.

En casa tenemos varios instrumentos y puedo decir que de todos sé lo básico para defenderme y créanme que en estos casos lo agradezco mucho porque además de resolver, voy acumulando experiencia.

Hoy les regalo mi versión de este tema tan espectacular de la Quinta estación, sin querer el ritmo se prestó para tocarlo en la guitarra eléctrica.

Dear friends at Hive, it’s a pleasure to greet you. Welcome to this space where I usually share songs that have left a lasting impression on me.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in music, it’s to be versatile—to try to learn a little bit of everything so I can manage when things don’t go as planned. This time, I had to use my husband’s electric guitar because a string on my acoustic guitar broke, and I don’t think I can replace it just yet. Although it seemed very easy at first, the reality is that it was a bit awkward getting used to its sound and its neck, which is smaller than my guitar’s. I think this is the third time I’ve played my husband’s guitar, and I’ll admit that I really liked it this time because I felt more relaxed and comfortable.

We have several instruments at home, and I can say that I know the basics of all of them well enough to get by. Believe me, I’m really grateful for that because, in addition to getting the job done, I’m gaining experience.

Today I’m sharing my version of this spectacular song by La Quinta Estación; without even meaning to, the rhythm lent itself to playing it on the electric guitar.
