Rock on, baby!

Yesterday, my girlfriend, another friend, and I went to a rock show at a brewery. Three bands performed, most of them playing covers of big bands. The classics were the ones that pleased me the most; among them, they played Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Joan Jett, and Foo Fighters.

Here in Brazil, Carnival is at its peak. No matter where you are, you'll hear funk, samba, and pagode playing everywhere, and people are very excited about this party. We decided to change things up a bit from what's playing all the time. My favorite music style is rock, so I'm always happy!

The best part, besides the good music, was buying beer directly from the brewery, with good quality and at a great price. I really enjoyed the experience; it was my first time at that venue. I already want to do it again!

Ontem, minha namorada, mais um amigo e eu fomos a um show de rock em uma cervejaria. Três bandas se apresentaram, a maioria tocando covers de grandes bandas. As clássicas foram as que mais me agradaram; entre elas, tocaram Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Joan Jett e Foo Fighters.

Aqui no Brasil, o Carnaval está em seu ápice. Não importa onde você esteja, vai ouvir funk, samba e pagode tocando em todos os lugares, e as pessoas estão muito empolgadas com essa festa. Decidimos variar um pouco do que está tocando o tempo todo. Meu estilo de música favorito é rock, então estou sempre contente!

A melhor parte, além da boa música, foi comprar cerveja diretamente da cervejaria, com boa qualidade e a um ótimo preço. Gostei muito da experiência; foi a primeira vez que fui a esse local. Já quero repetir a dose!
