Picnic in the Square!

Last weekend, in a square very close to my house, there was a picnic in the square. This is an event organized by an energy company in my state to encourage culture and socialization in the neighborhood.

I thought this initiative was really cool, and what caught my attention the most, of course, were the performances. In these photos, an artist was presenting his work and the children were loving the songs, which had an educational content about our local culture. It was really cool to see that.

You could arrive at the venue and request a blanket for your picnic, buy some food at one of the stalls, or bring your own snack. This is the kind of event that is always worth highlighting, as it is very important for promoting culture and unity in the local community.

Nesse último fim de semana, em uma praça bem perto da minha casa, aconteceu o piquenique na praça. Esse é um evento realizado por uma companhia de energia do meu estado para incentivar a cultura e a socialização da vizinhança.

Achei muito legal essa iniciativa e, o que mais chamou a atenção, é claro, foram as apresentações. Nessas fotos, um artista estava apresentando seu trabalho e as crianças estavam adorando as músicas, que até então tinham um teor educativo sobre nossa cultura local. Muito bacana poder ver isso.

Você poderia chegar ao local e solicitar um pano para o seu piquenique, comprar algumas comidas em uma das barracas ou trazer o seu próprio lanche. Um tipo de evento que é sempre bom destacar, pois tem grande significado para promover a cultura e a união da comunidade local.
