Cambodia Sweet "Nom Pom" - Meeting My Favorite Girls at Wedding Ceremony

It was to be the last day when I just got another day in the rural area of Kandal Province; Thursday is nearly here, and it was the day that I had to complete my teacher's assignment. Let me show you some of the stuff from my relative's wedding that I attended. that is a great moment as a Cambodian and I come to see how they have and celebrate the event in rural area I just want to know whether it would be different from my area where I live or not, so let's see it. When I arrived here, I expected to listen to the monk. Now the monks are walking toward the pagoda nearby, which I don't know what I should do now; suddenly, my relative just asked me to join the lunch.

There are many foods offered for guests on the table, and I am not showing how much they cost for one table they offer guests. I guess it might be around 100 dollars or more because even though it was a rural area, they have to make sure that guests are happy when eating.

Now that when I take a few walks in front of the weeding toward the snack area, I just saw a girl who I used to see, and in the meantime, she has asked me a lot about my studies and my toys for a long time since before the COVID pandemic.

Bopha looked so grown and was dressed so well and had undergone such a drastic shift since I had last seen her. I was very happy to catch up with her as we spoke for a long. She asked me several questions and showed a great deal of interest in my academics and interests. When she told me how well she had been doing, I was overjoyed for her. It was nice to catch up with her and observe her development. That served as a reminder of how rapidly time goes by and how crucial it is to keep in touch with the people we care about.

After the wedding event in the morning, I come across the road where the women sell the delicious snacks that smell so good. It is the most popular snack in Cambodia and is called "Nom Pom". Located the little stands umbrellas, the street where the sweaters are sold.

They are a well-known street snack in Cambodia and are typically brilliantly colored. Despite being cheap, they are really tasty and make a great addition to a hot cup of tea. When I pass this route on my way to school every morning, the aroma of the Nom Pom entices me to try it even though I know what it would taste like.

Every morning, women will sell this Cambodian sweet along the street which is easy to caught passenger attention.

Oh do tell me more about Nom Pom: what it's made of and what it tastes like and maybe where's your favorite place to buy it or who's the person who makes it perfectly according to your taste?

Sorry dear for late reply! It actually makes from a few ingredients like flour, coconut milk and coconut meat also with the palm sugar and some people used pandan leave as well. Nowadays we can find it along the street dear, they sell by driving bike or motorcycle which is always moved so I don't got my favorite store one, but the taste is all great.

I guess it would be the old woman, old woman in Cambodia always got a deep experience of making this waffle so it kind of skill and taste would never disappointed.

Thanks for getting back to me and we all take our time off once in a while from Hive, so no worries.

Ah I'll try to remember those tips.
