Rare Phenomenon I Meet at Ta Prohm Cambodia Temple 🌈🌴
Greetings everyone! I'm delighted to take you on a virtual tour of one of the most renowned temples in Cambodia - Ta Prohm.
As I made my way from the bustling city of Phnom Penh to the enchanting town of Siem Reap, the anticipation was palpable. I had heard countless tales of the sheer beauty and grandeur of this ancient site, and I couldn't wait to experience it for myself.
Finally, after a long and winding journey, I arrived at my destination late in the night. But instead of resting, I was eager to explore the temple grounds as early as possible the next morning. Little did I know that my timing would turn out to be absolutely perfect.
You see, the day I had chosen to visit was during the Khmer New Year festivities, a time when most people in Cambodia are focused on lively dancing, games, and other joyous celebrations. As I approached the temple, I was struck by the relative lack of crowds, a stark contrast to the usual throngs of tourists that flock to this iconic site.
Hey, let me tell you 'bout what I saw, it was crazy! I reckon I stumbled upon the perfect moment when the warm sun rays just transformed into this beautiful rainbow-like display. It was like two perfectly round arches framin' the entrance to the temple, and the colors were just poppin' out, but kinda soft, y'know?
The beautiful sight definitely made people curious because it's not common to see such an amazing mix of nature's elements in Cambodia especially while visiting such an old temple. This unexpected and mind-blowing event was way better than what I expected, and it left me extremely amazed and thankful for being able to capture this incredible phenomenons.
I bet some folks might've missed it 'cause it was so subtle, but man, it was a sight to behold! This unexpected natural wonder was way better than anythin' I could've imagined, and it just left me in awe, feelin' super grateful that I got to witness it.
Now, I know this tourist spot's already pretty interestin' with the temple bein' the main attraction and all the trees surroundin' it. But get this, the best part is, you can visit for free without havin' to buy any tickets! So if you're tryin' to save some cash, this place is perfect.
This temple is called Ta Prohm, built in a special place near the village of local people who frequently go out to explore its architecture, and culture. I love how the location is conveniently situated just merely a kilometer away along a road rather than requiring us to the mountain temple that we need to climb in order to reach their destination.
What makes this temple all the more appealing is the vibe of green, tall trees that populate the area, creating an atmosphere of freshness and wild accompanied by the sound of wild birds, which I personally find its beautiful. It's important to mention that before Siem Reap becoming this famous tourist spot, some temple was hidden in a thick forest. Researchers found this temple and showed another interesting part of Cambodia's impressive temple history.
If You Remember Temple Run🏃
Did you find this place familiar?
As I walk through the ancient temple in Cambodia, I overhear snippets of the guide's explanations, sharing information and history for the international tourists who have purchased the guided tour service that I opted out of. Despite not officially receiving the guide's expertise, I find myself enthralled by the rich history that I have heard about. Yes, similar to my history teacher used to teach me but the guide usually add the deep meaning behind each status. However, as I continue to walk to among the darker carved walls and towering structures, a multitude of questions pop up in my mind, want me to be asked the guide, but by the lack of opportunity to voice them. Being here it serves as a place reminder of the time I used to be addicted to playing Temple Run, a mobile game that had introduced me to the magnificence of ancient temples like the one I now stand in.
