Power means strength, authority, ability, influence and control. I choose to sing this song because it resonates the above meaning of power.

I've come to understand and know that Life is full of ups and down. Sometimes, it is juicy and sometimes it's not juicy but in the midst of such times or whenever we find ourselves in such situation, we should dwell more on our strengths and not our weaknesses.

Also, the people around you can discourage you and talk down on you. Do not forget that there's a power in you, there's a might in you.

Keep pushing, keep doing you. Trust your abilities and dwell more in your strengths. The lyrics of the song is self explanatory and very simple as well as easy to understand.
