What Was I Made For

I woke up past 5am this morning, laying in bed I turned on my phone and played the first song I saw on my playlist, (What was I made for by Billie Eilish)

Although the song was written from a dolls perspective of life , I could still relate to it because it relates to what 80% of People are going through.

In life most times we loose touch with our emotions and purpose of life trying to figure out what we were made for.
We spend our time just surviving and trying to figure out what were made for rather than living life.

Some people never realise what their purpose in life is before leaving . For some, it takes half of their life to find their purpose in life, And then they're the lucky ones that find it at an early part of their life.
When I listened to the song this morning , it brought me to tears because it defines how I've been feeling.

The line that says "when did it end, all the enjoyment, I'm sad again don't tell my boyfriend"

We buckle up our emotions and hide it from the people that care about us .
We cannot tell when we stop being happy , when happiness stops being a priority rather a luxury that we cannot afford.

This song shows her hopefulness for a happiness ahead,
"I Think I forget how to be happy, something I'm not, something I can be"

whether the happiness has been forgotten or lost at some point, it is something she can be.
What I was made for is a beautiful song, written with lyrics that have a deep meaning.

What are we truly made for ? Does having a white collar job truly make one happy . Is that what we were made for at the end?

A child is born , and is expected to grow, go to school, graduate ,get a good job , get married, have kids, take care of your family and parents and just continue thesame circle over and over again.
