I am really glad I got to work with @meyateingi on this post. I have been traveling for a while, and getting to Port Harcourt has been a nice time to rest and relax. I was very happy to meet @meyateingi. I heard her sing on Hive and commented on her posts (even though I can’t recall which ones). I was thrilled to work on this post with her, and I am sure she was happy to work on it with me too.

This week’s theme is about "fraternity," which is weird considering Hive Openmic has sort of been like an online fraternity for me. I have been out of participation from the weekly contest, but I was glad to meet someone who is family and was willing to join voices and energy with me (shout out to her for the video edits).

This is for everyone who has left our beautiful fraternity, including me. I am still going to be out for a while as I prepare for my exams because I hardly ever have the time to be around. I will be back with a different account and hopefully, I'll be able to participate more.

Enough about me @ebingo… Hive Openmic is such a wonderful place to build and sharpen your singing, instrumental, production, and video editing skills among others. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build any of those mentioned. I would like to thank all those who support wonderful content, @fernandblog my good friend, @mipiano my musical mother, @cabelindsay, and the structure that holds us together.

I hope you love the content we made for you. It's from the heart, and I hope we keep on making these memories in this fraternity we formed… lol, I hope we don’t have to drink to remember them, knowing they are just a scroll away.
