𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑨 𝑭𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒓𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝑯𝒆𝒓 𝑰𝒅𝒐𝒍 - My Celine Dion Day

It's been years since I've been a fan of this lady, I can't remember when exactly she won my heart with her songs but I'm very sure Dad introduced her music to me.

Growing up, dad made most of her songs lullaby for us as it made us sleep well and we would always ask for the name of the singer.

It took another years to understand what she was actually saying in those songs I love, I understood that dad knew his kids couldn't understand the lyrics of the song but he loved how calm and happy we get when we hear her singing.

What he didn't know was that he had unconsciously won Celine Dion a fangirl from her childhood.

No, that isn't her picture 😅 it's a free image that reminded so much of her long and beautiful gowns when she goes live to sing some of my favourite albums.

If there was another thing that made my love for this amazing lady stronger, it is the way she dresses.

I'm not the kind that's into fashion so much but I never help myself when I want to compliment on her sense of fashion for her music... They just go so well together.

I saw a movie some weeks ago and she starred in it as Celine Dion - herself, I could feel my heart almost jump out when the lead character in the movie got the chance to chat with Celine Dion on phone call and then met up with her in reality 😍

I'd have nothing much to wish for in music if I get to spend a day with Celine Dion.

Seeing that movie made me very sure that My Celine Dion Day will be a music day and I'd love it totally. Of course, we'd do a lot of other things as I would like to utilize the 24 hours to be one of my best 24 hours of my life.

I can already picture myself screaming, crying and laughing for the first 10 minutes of meeting this lady and that must be after being in doubt when I get a call from her agency or PA that I have won a day to be with Celine Dion.

There are just those wishes we doubt first before believing they actually came true for us, a day with Celine Dion will be one of such for me. Oh my! Like I'd be on a face to face with CELINE DION?!!! 😅

When we're settled and I mean, when my unbelief and screaming has ended, we'd sit for her to get to know me a little and that is where I'd share her song playlist that's on my phone.

I'm not sure how much she would appreciate it but if I could get her to let me sing along with her on one of the songs in this playlist, I could cry while singing out of too much happiness 😅

I've also known Celine as a lady with humour and sweet personality, she would make jokes with me while we eat, she would make funny faces that I would only wish I had on camera so I could look at it later to appreciate that special day with her lol.

I would be more than honoured to go through how she prepares for a new song, her vocal exercises and how composed she is when she wants to get on the stage for a live performance. I feel she doesn't get nervous about that anymore but I know there are still steps she follows to achieve that, I want to have a glimpse of it.

I would want a day with Celine Dion because of her music and personality, it would be a day with Celine and music.

So I could imagine us talking so much about her music and then, we would have an inspiring talk about how I can get better in my singing with more tips from her.

I've always wished I could sing so well like her, I also know everyone's got their own voices and style but I could make use of her tips to get better from where I am if I let her continue to inspire my music life.

I'm a huge fan of Celine Dion and her songs, my favourites from her albums remains "My Heart Will Go On", "Let's Talk About Love" and "That's The Way It Is"... An unprepared duet with her on one of this songs will be a dream come true 💯
