Hello Hive Open Mic community and my fellow music singers!
It's another week with a beautiful theme and I'm happy to be here once again to share my song cover for the selected theme by our spotlight artist @ernesto6402

I must commend our spotlight artist for this theme, feeling grateful for all that have happened and what is yet to happen is something I feel I have to do as much as I can and this theme is a reminder to show gratitude through songs.

I'm excited to share the cover of the song titled "Thank God I Do" by "Lauren Daigle", a gospel song for the theme of this week "Gratitude".

From the theme, it is expected that we share songs that reflect how grateful we are about something, someone or people. It is also one to share songs that shows what could possibly happen if not for the better that happened to us.

I've had a lot of experience to believe that showing gratitude takes away bad situations even though not in all cases but it saves to be grateful for the little you gain. It's quite amazing that showing gratitude doesn't take much from the one showing it but it holds deep meaning and affects positively.

I chose this song because of what it says in it's title and the lyrics. From the first day I listened to the song, I love how beautiful it sounded and the words made me smile as I knew it was all gratitude. Lauren is one of my favourite artist and all her songs are inspiration to me. I've done a review on this song before, to show how much I love it.

You just summarized the whole thing by saying that it saves or pays to give gratitude. I could rephrase it and say that it is worthwhile to be thankful no matter the circumstances!
How I wish I saw your video because from the title I know you will deliver it perfectly!

It's always the best to give gratitude for every little things, because gratitude bring us closer to more favor.

This is one of my favorites song by Lauren and you did a great job with the presentation.

I love Lauren Daigle too. The first time I came across one of her songs, I wanted more and she never disappointed me in giving out inspiring songs to make us reflect on a lot of things, especially realising how lucky we have been in God's hand to have loved us till now.

Maybe someday, I will try using that Ecency video option too, but for now, let me continue with threespeak (you know what's up, don't you? 🤣)

This is a wonderful song and you delivered it amazingly with your sweet voice ❤️
