Hive Open Mic 194 - "Because You Loved Me By Celine Dion" Cover

Hello Hive Open Mic community and my fellow music lovers!
It's another week with a beautiful theme and I'm happy to be here once again to share my song choice for the selected theme by our spotlight artist @samuelstifen

I'm choosing to share the cover of the song titled "Because You Loved Me" sang by "Celine Dion", for the theme of the week "End of December".

It's almost the end of the year and in a few days time, we would all happily scream a "Happy new year". Ending this year in praises, appreciation and gratitude is definitely not out of place. And so I appreciate the spotlight artist for giving us a theme to do so in songs too.

End of December is a time to reflect back to how the year began and how far we've come during the year as we are about to begin a new year. I have a lot of reasons to say "I am grateful" for and the song that came to mind is one that played some days ago and I was like "It speaks my heart" about being grateful.

The song "Because You Loved Me" is a song by Celine Dion about being grateful for a live undeserving and counting out everything benefited from the love. She emphasises more on the fact that she could have been lost or gone if she had not been so loved and I can say same to God Almighty using this song.

It's a bit of a technical song but I wanted to sing it so you'll have to pardon any obvious struggle you'll find in my singing lol. I tried my best to sing it with an instrumental that has a backing for ease even though it wasn't that easy too. Anyways, I enjoyed singing this song as I've been avoiding Celine's songs for a while now.
