Dude... I've been losing a lot of weight lately and effortlessly.
This is the 3 rules:
- No bread, no rice
- No alcohol
- good sleep
I promise it works... I'm down 40 lbs already

Thanks bro. I have done similar before and had a lot of success. I've got to work on the sleep bit a little more. Well, I've got to work on the bread and rice bit too, but sleep has always been a chronic struggle for me.
