Greetings friends of the vibes community. I'm very excited to participate in another week of the vibes contest, this time with a cover of Yuridia's song "Te equivocaste".
"Te equivocaste" is a song that many can relate to as it tells the story of a love that ended due to disappointments, and as a result one of the two parties in the relationship is emotionally damaged.
This song conveys a feeling of liberation and empowerment because despite the disappointments, the protagonist comes out ahead overcoming all the damage caused by the person in whom she trusted.
"Te Equivocaste" was written by renowned Mexican singer-songwriter Reyli Barba, who has also written songs for other famous artists.
The song was included on Yuridia's second studio album, Entre Mariposas, released in 2007. The song's musical style combines elements of Latin pop and balladry, with an emotive melody and thoughtful instrumentation.
