Today, I’ll be singing a beautiful song by Ariana Grande, whom I’ve been a huge fan of since the beginning. Over the years, I’ve followed her career, and her songs always manage to captivate me.
Her new album, “Eternal Sunshine”, which celebrates its one-month anniversary since its release today, has completely enamored me. Among the many songs I adore from this album, I decided to perform one of them for you this week.
“Imperfect for You” is a gorgeous composition with lovely melodies and beautiful dissonances. Moreover, it delves into a theme that resonates with me from start to finish.
Ariana wrote this song to explore the acceptance of our imperfections as characteristics that contribute to our uniqueness. She also speaks of unconditional love, reaching a point where we accept each other’s flaws, embrace them, and create a connection that supports us in our shared struggles.
Truly, it’s a beautiful lyric that invites us to recognize that even with imperfections, we can still find sincere love, comfort, and companionship. We live in a world where perfection is unattainable, so we must learn to enjoy what we do and how we do it, all while embracing our authenticity. 🦋
Today, I wanted to pay tribute to this great artist whom I admire greatly, bringing my sound closer to the style in which this composition is crafted. Additionally, unlike the covers from previous weeks, in this one, I took the liberty of adding vocal arrangements inspired by the original song to accompany the main melody and simultaneously convey the implicit message in its lyrics through my voice. 🎶🌟

¡Hola, bonitos y bonitas! Esta es mi participación en la Vibes Web3 Music Competition en su séptima semana.
Hoy les canto una hermosa canción de Ariana Grande, de quien soy súper fan desde sus inicios. Durante muchos años, he seguido su carrera y siempre sus temas logran engancharme.
Su nuevo álbum “Eternal Sunshine”, que hoy cumple un mes desde su lanzamiento, me ha dejado completamente enamorada. Entre tantas canciones que me encantan de este álbum, decidí cantarles una de ellas esta semana.
“Imperfect for You” es una hermosa composición con melodías preciosas y disonancias hermosas. Además, aborda una temática con la que resueno de principio a fin.
Ariana escribió esta canción para hablar de la aceptación de nuestras imperfecciones como características que suman a nuestra originalidad. También habla del amor incondicional al punto de aceptar las imperfecciones del otro, abrazarlas y crear con ellas una conexión para apoyarse mutuamente en una lucha compartida.
De verdad, es una letra hermosa que nos invita a ver que, aunque tengamos imperfecciones, aun así, podremos encontrar amor sincero, consuelo y acompañamiento.
Vivimos en un mundo donde la perfección es inalcanzable, por lo que debemos aprender a disfrutar lo que hacemos y cómo lo hacemos, en búsqueda de la mejor versión, pero sin dejar de lado lo más importante: abrazar nuestra originalidad. 🦋
Hoy quise rendirle honor a esta gran artista que admiro mucho, acercando mi sonido al estilo en el que está realizada esta composición. Además, a diferencia de los covers de las semanas anteriores, en este me tomé el atrevimiento de agregar arreglos vocales, inspirados en la canción original, para acompañar a la melodía principal y al mismo tiempo transmitir el mensaje implícito en su letra a través de mi voz. 🎶🌟
