This time, I’ll be singing a song by Billie Eilish, an immensely talented American singer-songwriter whom I admire greatly for her incredible songwriting, beautiful voice, and high-level concerts.

“Everything I Wanted” is a song written by Billie herself, along with her brother Finneas, who also serves as the producer. It’s an emotional track where Billie talks about the complexity of chasing her dreams and how they can sometimes turn into nightmares. She also reflects on the strong bond with her brother Finneas and the constant protection he provides.

For me, this song represents both fear and loneliness on one hand, and hope and self-love on the other. Applying it to my own life, I have someone who has given me hope and support, encouraging me to love myself a little more each day and to be the first to offer hope on my own path.

That’s why I chose this song,to offer something vocally different, where emotion takes center stage, and to invite all of you to love yourselves and pursue your dreams, no matter how complex they may seem.

Hola, bonitos y bonitas. Estoy muy contenta por estar participando en el Vibes Web3 Music Competition en su tercera semana. En esta oportunidad, les canto una canción de Billie Eilish, quien es una cantante y compositora estadounidense a quien admiro inmensamente por su increíble trabajo de composición, su hermosa voz y sus conciertos de alto nivel.

“Everything I Wanted” es una canción escrita por la propia Billie junto a su hermano Finneas, quien también es el productor. Este es un tema muy emotivo en el que Billie nos habla de la complejidad que implica alcanzar sus sueños y cómo estos podrían convertirse en una pesadilla. También menciona la fuerte conexión con su hermano Finneas y la protección constante que él le brinda.

Para mí, esta canción muestra, por un lado, el temor y la soledad, y por otro, la esperanza y el amor propio. Llevándolo a mi vida personal, tengo a una persona que me ha brindado esperanza y apoyo, impulsándome a amarme cada día un poco más y a ser yo misma la primera en brindar esperanza en mi propio camino.

Es por eso que escogí esta canción para ofrecerles algo distinto vocalmente, donde la emotividad sea la característica principal, e invitarlos a amarse a ustedes mismos y motivarlos a seguir sus sueños sin importar cuán complejo sea.

Que bueno que te haya gustado, este set es en mi cuarto de estudio, además mi sonido es grabado en vivo, lo puedes notar en las respiraciones.😊 Es un honor que pienses que está pregrabado pero no es así, solo está mezclado y masterizado profesionalmente por mi novio, (el de la foto, mi equipo de trabajo) pero no hay ediciones de ningún tipo y es una sola toma de arriba a abajo, como en todos mis videos anteriores🥰. Realmente estoy muy contenta con este resultado, que se note el esfuerzo y recibir estos comentarios tan geniales. Muchas gracias! ✨

Que bonito saber que te gusto mi interpretación. Claro, Happier than ever es una canción que me encanta, es bastante intensa, si la he cantado pero solo por entretenimiento para mi solita (karaoke)🤭. Para mi voz es un poco grave 😕, por lo que se hace muy pesada y poco brillante en mi voz, aunque eso no impide que disfrute la canción.💖
Por los momentos, no creo traer más música de Billie hasta luego de un tiempo, estoy aprovechando de variar las intenciones y tipo de canciones, para tener mas dinamismo a mis publicaciones y con esto mas versatilidad. ✨
