Today, I invite you to enjoy this cover of “Hollow” a gorgeous song by the talented singer and songwriter Tori Kelly, from her debut album "Unbreakable Smile" (2015). I chose this song because the first time I heard it, it captured my heart. Since then, it has been a personal challenge for me, and I’ve felt an immense desire to sing it.
Originally, this song is about Tori Kelly’s faith and is described as a “love song to God”, where she expresses emotional vulnerability and a longing for love and connection. In my opinion, it’s a beautiful song with a message that can be interpreted in various ways depending on your life context when you listen to it. 🎶❤️
For me, today this song portrays what music means to me. Without music, without singing, without melodies and harmonies, my life would not be the same, obviously. Music fills my cup, allowing me to express my deepest feelings in a beautiful way: my sadness, my anxiety, my desire, my joy, my peace, and my love. Music brings me closer to the ideal people to accompany me on my journey; it helped me heal my wounds, love myself unconditionally, and enjoy making and sharing music every day with those who also appreciate it. 🎶🌟

Hoy los quiero invitar a disfrutar este cover de “Hollow”, una hermosísima canción de la talentosa cantante y compositora Tori Kelly, perteneciente a su primer álbum, "Unbreakable Smile" (2015). Escogí esta canción porque desde la primera vez que la escuché, flechó mi corazón. Desde ese momento, ha representado un reto para mí, y he sentido un deseo inmenso de poder cantarla. Originalmente, esta canción trata sobre la fe de Tori Kelly y es descrita como una “canción de amor a Dios”, donde se expresa vulnerabilidad emocional y el anhelo de amor y conexión. Por mi parte, pienso que es una canción con un mensaje hermoso que puede ser interpretado de diferentes maneras según tu contexto de vida en el momento que la escuches. Para mí, hoy esta canción retrata lo que significa la música para mí. Sin la música, sin el canto, sin las melodías y las armonías, mi vida no sería igual, evidentemente. La música llena mi copa, me permite expresar de una hermosa manera mis más profundos sentimientos: mi tristeza, mi angustia, mi deseo, mi alegría, mi paz y mi amor. La música me acerca a las personas ideales para acompañarme en mi camino, me ayudó a sanar mis heridas, a amarme incondicionalmente y a disfrutar cada día más de hacer y compartir música con quienes también disfrutan de ella. 🎶🌟
