Fela Kuti - Pen Drawing

Hello everyone!

Today, I want to share with you my new art work. It's a portrait drawing of a then popular Nigerian afro musician and strong political activist known as Fela Kuti.

Fela is believed to be the pioneer of Afrobeat. He passed away on 2nd of August, 1997.

The portrait was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper. I used scribbles with a few drops of cross hatching technique to create this piece.
