Wizkid and Davido Tour: More Than A Publicity Stunt.
Wizkid and Davido are two of the most influential figures in the Nigerian music industry. Both have had successful solo careers in the Nigerian music industry and have also gained international recognition, with Wizkid known for his unique blend of Afrobeats, R&B, and pop, and Davido known for his energetic performances and catchy beats and unique style.
Both have had successful careers. While they are both successful in their own right, there has been speculation about the nature of their relationship. Several blogs have suggested that the two musicians are enemies, but is this entirely accurate?
While there have been instances of tension between the two, for the most part, they have had a cordial relationship in the past as Wizkid was one time made a surprise appearance on Davido's show in the UK. Infact Wizkid and Davido have both spoken positively about each other in various interviews, and have often expressed their respect for each other's talents. However, like most celebrities, they have also been known to have a friendly competition and have had a few social media banter. But this is normal among colleagues and friends.
Few days ago Wizkid announced that he and Davido will be going on a tour together. This news has certainly stirred up a lot of reactions from fans, and the general public.
On one hand, many fans are excited about the tour and are looking forward to seeing the two musicians perform together. This is because both Wizkid and Davido are incredibly talented and have a large fan base. Seeing them perform together on stage is sure to be an amazing experience for fans.
On the other hand, some fans may be disappointed that the two musicians will be touring together, as they may have preferred to see them perform separately. There may also be some fans who believe that the tour is simply a publicity stunt and that the two musicians are not actually friends.
But what they don't understand is that his tour is not just about the music, but it also presents an opportunity for the Nigerian music industry as a whole to gain more recognition and visibility on the global stage. Already these two have always made us proud by bagging international awards and setting us on the big stage. This tour will be a major step in the right direction to help bring the Nigerian music industry together and promote it as a united front. Who knows we might even get a feature from the two GOAT'S of the Nigerian music space

Well, I think there's more to it than the eye sees. I don't actually support the banter but then, I feel pressure is kinda exerted on Wizkid as he hungers for more international recognition. David is just a bait.
