Hello dear readers. Warm greetings. Once again making me participate in this interesting contest. It is a week of challenges and I join cordially to participate in the initiative that brings us the friend @galenkp After reading each of the proposals that are all interesting and super good I decided for: No words, just music. I will be sharing this theme with you.

Instrumental music for me is food for the soul. It is a tool that I use to relax, to release stress, to remember my old times, it fills me with positive energy, my mind starts to fly. This kind of music is really priceless. This is the style of music I like because it calms my anxious states. I remember when I used to go to restaurants with my boyfriend there was a group of musicians such as: trumpet player, guitarists, flutists, who played instrumental music in a spectacular way and I would listen to it and I felt that it was like medicine for my spirit and soul. That instrumental music and nowadays I listen to it as if I were in that era hahahaha, I identify with it, it gives me what is called a note.

I am in love with an instrumental piece of music whose interpretation is made in saxophone of the theme song "Kiss me in the mouth" that I constantly listen to and it fills me with vitality. This type of music causes in me many pleasant sensations that we can feel without the need of words, it enlivens me the beautiful love, the pure love, I am an inveterate romantic. Waoooo this is priceless, besides it has many benefits to our body. I remember once I went to see a psychiatrist and he recommended me to listen to instrumental music, he got me very anxious and told me that this kind of music would relax me and calm me down. Once I had listened to it but then I went back to listening to this type of music. This music moves everything from my big toe to my head. It even helps me to see situations from a different perspective and to reason in a better way.

The song "Bésame en la boca" by Ricardo Montaner in instrumental version melts me, I will never forget this song, I love it. My life partner dedicated it to me when we met and it represents for me part of our amor❤️💘, I love that song and to this day it is the song that we always remember but we love it in instrumental form.
