Les cuento que he estado algo perdida últimamente porque estoy en pleno proceso de remodelación de cocina (¡ya se imaginarán el caos!), pero aquí estoy para compartirles cómo cerré el mes de enero: ¡con broche de oro!

Enero en San Cristóbal siempre es sinónimo de fiesta gracias a las tradicionales Ferias de San Sebastián. Desde diciembre, la energía en Los Andes está a tope, y este año no fue la excepción. Para despedir la feria y el mes, asistí al gran concierto de gigante de la feria. Aunque debo admitir que al principio estaba un poco indecisa porque el día amaneció lluvioso (y mi sistema inmunológico no es precisamente el más fuerte), decidí animarme y asistir. La organización publicó un horario para los artistas, pero como suele pasar en este tipo de eventos, las cosas no se dieron exactamente como se planeaban. Mi motivación principal para ir era ver a Factoría, pero ella estaba programada para lo ultimo y efectivamente salieron a las 4 de la madrugada (esta fue la hora pautada para ella).

Pude disfrutarlos un poco, pero no aguanté quedarme hasta el final, porque sinceramente no soy muy buena para trasnochar, jaja. Aun así, la experiencia fue increíble, y el ambiente estuvo fenomenal. Creo que sería genial si estos conciertos terminaran un poco más temprano, ¡pero definitivamente volvería a ir!

Hello everyone! I hope you are starting the month with lots of energy and good vibes. I've been a little lost lately because I'm in the process of remodeling my kitchen (you can imagine the chaos!), but I'm here to share with you how I closed the month of January: with a bang!

January in San Cristobal is always synonymous with celebration thanks to the traditional San Sebastian Fairs. Since December, the energy in Los Andes is at its peak, and this year was no exception. To say goodbye to the fair and the month, I attended the big giant concert of the fair. Although I must admit that I was a little hesitant at first because the day dawned rainy (and my immune system is not exactly the strongest), I decided to go for it and attend. The organization published a schedule for the artists, but as it usually happens in this kind of events, things didn't go exactly as planned. My main motivation to go was to see Factoría, but she was scheduled for last and they actually came out at 4 am (this was the scheduled time for her).

I was able to enjoy them a little bit, but I couldn't stay until the end, because honestly I'm not very good at staying up late, haha. Still, the experience was amazing, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. I think it would be great if these concerts ended a little earlier, but I would definitely go again!
