Hola, Queridos Hivers!

Hace un año ya se estrenó el tributo sinfónico a Michael Jackson. Show mediante el cual me enteré del gran talento que había aquí en Caracas.

Talentos como el de Sofia Castillo, una excelente cantante que desde que la escuché cantando Heal the World aquella vez, quedé impresionada!
Desde ese momento me convertí en su fan!

No había vuelto a escuchar sobre ella hasta que fui a la Expo de El Sistema en su 50 aniversario,y casualmente ese mismo día que fui a ellos les tocaba presentarse!!

Cuando la vi, ella estaba dando una entrevista a Venevisión, y en el break, mi mamá me tomó una foto con ella en el fondo jajaja. Estaba muy emocionada y feliz de verla, y obviamente compartí mi felicidad en mi estado de WhatsApp.

Ese estado lo vió mi amiga María Rosa, que conocía a una amiga de Sofía, y se encargó de que Sofía supiera sobre su fan loca jajaja.

Desde mi perspectiva, Sofía me empezó a seguir en instagram espontáneamente gracias al video que había subido esa misma tarde, pero detrás de ese seguimiento y el mensajito que me dejó, estaba María Rosa jajaja.

Ella, Sofía y mi mamá planearon un encuentro para conocernos, y un jueves en la noche, se dió.

Ya días antes me había salido un flyer de una pequeña presentación que tendría Sofía en un bar, pero no le puse mucha atención. Mientras, mi mamá seguía con su plan macabro, y me dijo que el jueves iríamos a un lugar que mi primo quería conocer.

Nos alistamos, y nos fuimos poco a poco con el GPS.
Y cuando ya íbamos llegando, el GPS los delató al decir: "Y llegarás a RadioBar". Ya ahí empecé a sospechar.

Una vez en el lugar decidimos ir al baño, y allí estaba Sofía!

Es una muchacha muy simpática y agradable!
Charlamos un rato, ella me presentó a sus managers, y la vimos cantar en su primer set.
Fue maravilloso.🥹

Me alegra mucho haberla conocido! Y estoy muy agradecida con las personas que hicieron esto posible!!

Hello, dear Hivers!

A year ago, the symphonic tribute to Michael Jackson premiered. It was through this show that I learned about the great talent here in Caracas.

Talents like Sofia Castillo, an excellent singer who, from the moment I heard her sing "Heal the World," I was impressed!
From that moment on, I became a fan!

I hadn't heard from her again until I went to the El Sistema Expo for their 50th anniversary. Coincidentally, they were performing on the same day I went!

When I saw her, she was giving an interview to Venevisión, and during the break, my mom took a picture of me with her in the background, haha. I was very excited and happy to see her, and obviously, I shared my happiness on my WhatsApp status.

My friend María Rosa saw that status. She knew a friend of Sofía's, and she made sure that Sofía knew about her crazy fan, haha.

From my perspective, Sofía started following me on Instagram spontaneously thanks to the video I'd uploaded that same afternoon, but behind that follow and the little message she left me was María Rosa, hahaha.

She, Sofía, and my mom planned a get-together, and on a Thursday night, it happened.

Days before, I'd seen a flyer for a small presentation Sofía would be having at a bar, but I didn't pay much attention. Meanwhile, my mom continued with her macabre plan, telling me that on Thursday we'd be going to a place my cousin wanted to see.

We got ready and went slowly using the GPS.
And as we were getting there, the GPS gave them away when it said, "And you'll arrive at RadioBar." That's when I started to get suspicious.

Once there, we decided to go to the bathroom, and there was Sofía!

She's a very nice and friendly girl!
We chatted for a while, she introduced me to her managers, and we watched her sing her first set.

It was wonderful. 🥹

I'm so glad I met her! And I'm so grateful to the people who made this possible!!
