RE: From My Yamaha V50 to VSTs: What Has Never Changed in the Way I Compose

I was lucky to have my parents who bought me my first instruments (my organ, my DSR 2000 and my V50). I was a Disc Jockey for a while, which allowed me to buy sound equipment. Afterwards, when I got a real salary, I bought my first synth: the Korg X5D. Since then, others have joined my "collection" (MiniAk, MT32, U110), and the entire collection of free and paid Vst items. I’m still learning how to use my hardware, especially Cubase and SynthV; I feel like I’m discovering new things day by day.

Lucky you. I had to do a paper round to get money for my stuff. Now I can buy pretty much what I want, but I'll see what takes my fancy.
