“PASSION AS YOUR FUEL-Motivation As A Refuel
I was about dropping drumming some years ago and I did drop it for some month.
I was tired of the stagnant growth, tired of the insult, tired of always practicing but not seeing the result. God knows I was zealous to improve, but circumstances around were discouraging.
I can still remember vividly how I entered my room dismantling the drum set and tusking away my drum stick to one corner of my room. I kept saying to myself that "I'm no longer doing this again, let me just be a normal boy playing football in my neighborhood".
Days turn to weeks and weeks to month, and I heard a second thought about dropping drumming.
I started asking myself what made me become a drummer in the first place. I thought it was that friend of mine in school that was the reason, but another thought flashed in. In my primary school I was drawn to holding drums for assembly.
I was the band leader at some point in primary school. And this led me to understand that my passion for drumming came as a result of my likeness for the instrument and watching other people play the drums skillfully.
People I watch playing the drums were the source of motivation fueling my likeness for drumming..
And that was it!!! Landing at this two thought, I quickly rushed to the TV, switching the station to a gospel music station. I watched how drummers were playing and thank God all the video I watched displayed the drummer's view more frequently.
Watching this drummers gave me a feeling of, bro go and practice!!
Watching this drummers refueled my passion and from that onward I've never thought quitting again. And this as always been what is keeping me going.
Every drummer gets to one point of their life where they start feeling like quitting. This feeling is normal, it happens to almost every drummer and I'm not excempted.
When this feeling comes, remember why you chose the drum set in the first place and remember those you've watch that motivated you to always pick up the stick to practice.
Connect with the fire that ignited your love for drumming. Recall the adrenaline rush that surged through your veins the first time you held those drumsticks.
Embrace that passion for drumming and use motivation to always fuel it.
The antidote for this feeling like quitting is "motivation", it's the fuel for your passion, it's refuels your passion.

I love this, learners of instruments would derive some motivations reading this
Truth be said, learning any instrument can be frustrating but with consistency and hardwork one could surpass it. Nice one bro
You're welcome bro.
The truth is, in every field of life, consistency is one of the keys to achieve something great.
