Happy Tuesday, dear friends of Hive Open Mic! It is a real pleasure to return to this community after a long time, to share and reflect on this week's proposed theme: Lent. This is a special season of preparation and conversion, a time when we pause to look into our hearts and renew our faith.
Since I was a child, I have always seen Lent as a path of reflection that invites us to strengthen our relationship with the Creator through different practices. It is an opportunity to renew our spirit and to trust fully in his love and mercy.
In this sense, the song I share with you this week is Confianza by Jon Carlo, belonging to the album Tú eres más fuerte, released in 2018. This beautiful song reminds us that, despite trials and difficulties, we can place all our trust in God.
In this Lenten season, when we prepare our hearts and, at times, may feel uncertainty or weakness, this song reminds us that His grace sustains us and gives us the strength to move forward. I hope you enjoy this presentation as much as I enjoyed preparing it, I'll read you in the comments!
¡Feliz martes, queridos amigos de Hive Open Mic! Es un verdadero placer regresar a esta comunidad después de mucho tiempo, para compartir y reflexionar sobre el tema propuesto esta semana: Cuaresma. Esta es una temporada especial de preparación y conversión, un tiempo en el que nos detenemos a mirar dentro de nuestro corazón y renovar nuestra fe.
Desde niña, siempre he visto la Cuaresma como un camino de reflexión que nos invita a fortalecer nuestra relación con el Creador a través de distintas prácticas. Es una oportunidad para renovar nuestro espíritu y confiar plenamente en su amor y misericordia.
En este sentido, la canción que les comparto esta semana es Confianza de Jon Carlo, perteneciente al álbum Tú eres más fuerte, lanzado en 2018. Este hermoso tema nos recuerda que, a pesar de las pruebas y dificultades, podemos depositar toda nuestra confianza en Dios.
En este tiempo cuaresmal, en el que preparamos nuestro corazón y, en ocasiones, podemos sentir incertidumbre o debilidad, esta canción nos recuerda que su gracia nos sostiene y nos da la fortaleza para seguir adelante.
