Hola que tal a todos por acá? Hoy estoy muy animada de participar en esta excelente iniciativa de
@mosa en la que nos invita a compartir una parte de nuestra vida a través de la música y aquellas canciones que nos hacen vibrar, ver la luz, ser felices y encontrar la paz. Yo soy muy caribeña, me inclino por el merengue, la salsa, el reggaeton y todo aquello que eleva el pulso, en el carro escucho baladas o electrónica del tipo Tomorrowland y no desamparo mi música llanera los domingos.

En esta oportunidad decidí una sola canción porque creo que me lleva en la misma dirección, me representa, es mi canción del poder, me conecta con la vida y la esperanza, la que me llena de fuerza, de luz, me hace alzar la voz y cantar a todo pulmón, me hace liberar todas mis emociones y sentimientos negativos porque forma parte de mi historia. Descubrí esta canción siendo muy joven y veía la serie juvenil Hannah Montana, nunca le presté tanta atención hasta que me tocó estar sumida en la tristeza, volví a ver la película y quedé enganchada aunque mi inglés no es muy bueno. Poco después se la dediqué a mi novio ya que el pasaba por un mal momento en su carrera como beisbolista profesional y debía someterse a una cirugía en su hombre mientras estaba solo en la ciudad de Chicago, para el fue mágica. Desde entonces es nuestra canción para cuando necesitamos un poco de luz, cuando las cosas se nos ponen difíciles. Aquí les dejo la letra y video.

Para mí, el mensaje es claro y contundente, lo importante no es lo que encontrarás al final del camino sino el mismo camino que debes recorrer cada día de tu vida. La vida misma es un sinfín de subidas y bajadas, curvas y líneas rectas, muchas veces nosotros mismos y nuestros pensamientos son nuestros peores enemigos porque nos ponemos trabas y dudamos de nuestras capacidades, muchas veces querrás cambiar las cosas antes de aceptarlas como son y ahí es donde radican muchas de las dificultades que vivimos en nuestra vida cotidiana. Debemos mantenernos fuertes, ser valientes, mantener la fé y no detenernos nunca porque nuestros intentos son valiosos, cada batalla perdida es una enseñanza y lo mejor siempre será disfrutar de cada prueba y etapa de tu vida.

I discovered this song when I was very young and I watched the teen series Hannah Montana, I never paid much attention to it until I was plunged into sadness, I watched the movie again and I was hooked even though my English is not very good. Shortly after I dedicated it to my boyfriend since he was going through a bad time in his career as a professional baseball player and had to undergo surgery on his shoulder while he was alone in the city of Chicago, for him it was magical. For me, the message is clear and forceful, the important thing is not what you will find at the end of the road but the same path that you must travel every day of your life. Life itself is endless ups and downs, curves and straight lines, many times we ourselves and our thoughts are our worst enemies because we get in the way and doubt our abilities, many times you will want to change things before accepting them as they are and there It is where many of the difficulties we experience in our daily lives lie. We must stay strong, be brave, keep the faith and never stop because our attempts are valuable, each lost battle is a lesson and the best thing will always be to enjoy each trial and stage of your life.

I only watched Hannah Montana the movie and I know Miley, a pretty controversial figure in the music industry and among celebrities, but she has a nice voice.
If she is unique, now resuming a series with her music with Disney. But this song marked me, it has great meaning for me and my husband. We hum it when we need to remember that together we can overcome certain obstacles.
