Hello Lovely People in this Lovely space. I hope this week is treating you well. I always mention that it is indeed a pleasure on my own part to have the opportunity of presenting on this inspiring platform it gives me so much joy.
This week, we have a specific theme of which we have to think deeply before engaging with it. Personally, I wish to engage it and thereby respond to it through the song by Asa, a talented Nigerian Female artist and the title of the song is, Three sixty degrees.
The part of this song that motivated me to choose it as a response to the theme of the week is a line in the lyrics of the song that goes, "The world has gone past times of fighting, so drop your sword and your guns, and let us live all as one." These words hold profound meaning and resonate deeply.
In a world that has experienced numerous conflicts and divisions, it is crucial for us to embrace unity and peace. We must recognize that the path of violence and discord no longer serves us. Instead, we should come together, leaving behind the weapons of animosity and prejudice. By doing so, we can build a future where we coexist harmoniously, celebrating our shared humanity.
As we reflect on this powerful message, let us envision a world where differences are embraced, and compassion and understanding prevail over hostility. It is through the collective efforts of individuals like us that positive change becomes possible. Therefore, my dear friends, let us heed the call to drop our swords and guns and embark on a journey of unity, love, and acceptance.
