Today is a very special day and I have done a very special presentation together with three of my music friends of which two of them are participants on Hive, namely, @ksam and @xtopherchris.

Hoy es un día muy especial y he hecho una presentación muy especial junto con tres de mis amigos músicos de los cuales dos de ellos son participantes en Hive, a saber, @ksam y @xtopherchris.

I decided to do something different at the end of May. Given that the end of May is the celebration of the feast of visitation of Mary to Elizabeth as illustrated in the Bible, and that we celebrate it usually with a Cantata, I thought about making a mash up of Marian songs.

Decidí hacer algo diferente a finales de mayo. Dado que a finales de mayo se celebra la fiesta de la visitación de María a Isabel, tal como se ilustra en la Biblia, y que solemos celebrarla con una Cantata, pensé en hacer un popurrí de canciones marianas.

Inicially, I decided to do it alone, but after painstakingly creating a backing track, A creative thought came up in my mind to involve some of my good friends to make it a bit more intresting. So I called up some of my friends living in bother Europe and United States, and shared the Idea with them. Being cool people, they agreed to join in on the Idea.

En principio, decidí hacerlo solo, pero después de crear minuciosamente una pista de acompañamiento, se me ocurrió la idea creativa de involucrar a algunos de mis buenos amigos para hacerlo un poco más interesante. Así que llamé a algunos de mis amigos que viven en Europa y Estados Unidos y les conté la idea. Como son buena gente, aceptaron unirse a la idea.

So I sent them the backing track that I created and asked them to record stipulated popular Marian songs that are widely known and song in the Nigerian Context. They include,

1. Immaculate Mary...
2. Anyi na EKELE gi
3. O come to the throne of grace.

Así que les envié la pista de acompañamiento que había creado y les pedí que grabaran unas canciones marianas populares estipuladas que son ampliamente conocidas y cantadas en el contexto nigeriano. Entre ellas figuran

The Creation Process

So they basically had to record over the backing track I created and send me the video. Then I will use the editor to sync everything up so as to have a beautiful harmony.

Básicamente tenían que grabar sobre la pista de acompañamiento que yo había creado y enviarme el vídeo. A continuación, utilizaré el editor para sincronizarlo todo y conseguir una bonita armonía.
The tragedy

After the painstaking Editing and finetuning and syncing I did, I proceeded to export and for some reason, yesterday being 31st when I wanted to post it, everything crashed. Maybe due to the heavy space or some software problem.
I was devastated, I gave up. After all that time. It was my first time of doing a heavy editing as such. I thought of the pain of starting allover again.

Después de la laboriosa edición y puesta a punto y sincronización que hice, procedí a exportar y por alguna razón, siendo ayer día 31 cuando quise publicarlo, todo se bloqueó. Tal vez debido a la pesadez de espacio o algún problema de software.
Me quedé destrozado, me rendí. Después de tanto tiempo. Era la primera vez que hacía una edición pesada como tal. Pensé en el dolor de empezar de nuevo.

We go Again
Well, I went to sleep, because I was tired and was cry sleepy. The next morning, I thought about all the encouraging comments I had been getting from a great Hive an known as @jesuslnrs who always inspires me to do more, then I was loaded with new energy and inspiration. "I was music inspired" hahaha. I started again to import all the files and started to create again. We'll this time, I did not use a lot of graphics skills as the first one, yet the output was not terrible, it appeared okay to me.

Bueno, me fui a dormir, porque estaba cansado y lloraba de sueño. A la mañana siguiente, pensé en todos los comentarios alentadores que había estado recibiendo de un gran Hive an conocido como @jesuslnrs que siempre me inspira a hacer más, entonces estaba cargado de nueva energía e inspiración. "Me inspiré en la música" jajaja. Empecé de nuevo a importar todos los archivos y empecé a crear de nuevo. Vamos esta vez, no utilicé un montón de habilidades gráficas como la primera, sin embargo, el resultado no fue terrible, me pareció bien.
