Hello dear music lovers, I wish you through this medium, a happy and fun filled weekend. I hope you had a beautiful week. I welcome you once again to this weekly event of Hive Open mic, where we promote world peace through good music. What a beautiful collabo.
As always, we were graced with a beautiful theme which is DYSNEY. Quite unusual I would say. i say this because this theme got me thinking for a very long time, trying to see how I can reflect on it.
At the end, it got me thinking about one thing that is very characteristic about DYSNEY. For me, whenever I hear DYSNEY, I think of "dreams, passion, strength, hope and many more. After all, these are the main themes of most DYSNEY movies.
I think these topics and realities like I have mentioned are the things that drive us in life. They are the realities we live and die for. Without hope, love, strength, passion, I doubt if we can have any desire to keep living.
one angle, I wish to celebrate dysney movies for promoting and preaching all these beautiful aspects of life to motivate people towards pursuing there dreams without giving up. On the other angle, I wish to comment that even without these movies that we can also motivate ourselves to strive for whatever we believe in. It will only take time.
In this line of thought, I wish to present a song I learnt from a Marvel movie titled, wakanda forever. The title of the song is Lift me up by Rihanna and other important artists. It is a song filled with a lot of emotions and memories and it calms me each time I listen to it!
