Hello, dear hivers, cybernauts, bloggers and "panas" as we Venezuelans say in the virtual world. I come from far away, I start my journey from Cumaná, the land of the sun. I greet you, good people of #Hive and all around you. With my whispering voice, I am the oriental paraulata, I bring you my melody and son full of flavor.

I love to chat, dance and sing on Discord. I live in positive and with good vibes. I am like my little hummingbird friends, who bring messages of love, peace and a lot of heart. Wherever I go, I leave my sound and my love. Messages of friendship full of color. I like to dance my son as I want and to the rhythm of the drum. I am the intrepid paraulata, free and without ties, who lives in love with life with my cuatro on my shoulder and my patent leather espadrilles.

With the grapes of time and wishes, the glass of sparkling wine and the dollar in my hand. I remained static because although you may not believe it in my country, when the twelve bells ring, you have to run and in my case fly. Because whoever is in the middle gets a bucket of cold water.

Volandito...ando... Ritmo Tropical, Soca y Calipso

I like the carnival; the music, the candy, the floats, the parades and the dancing. Especially going to the beach to relax, enjoy the sunshine and the sound of the waves. I tell you that my father couldn't stand the music and the water. My brothers and I would escape to go dancing in the streets. Wuao, from the beginning of the carnival we would go to Carupano. We would wake up at the witches' night and at the election of the carnival queen.

What times those were!

In my city for years there have not been good carnivals; everything is dull and does not encourage to go out to see the parade that they organize. But there are always a variety of things to do during the holiday, such as going to the beach, to the river or to the mountains. And if you prefer, you can also stay at home with beer, TV and parrilada. Carnival music is catchy and makes you dance alone. I bring you my Top Three to dance to during carnival.

There is a famous Venezuelan band known as Banda Show, it was founded by the Venezuelan Ramon Perez. Among their hits we find: Soca salsa, la rumba loca, Yo se que quiero among others.

In the year 1988 the band show, released Ritmo de San Martin. This song is original of Mighty Dow. This is an emblematic song of the carnival.

This song is a fixed in the carnivals in Venezuela and is already playing in all the radio stations. I like it but I always walk on the moon and fly from branch to branch, but until today I knew it as momo cui cui cui. Ha ha ha ha

Another rhythm that I and the Paraulata Oriental like is the stel band. In my country it sounds in many areas; Güiria, El Callao, Ciudad Bolivar and others. According to the page instrumundo.blogspot.com:

This instrument in its beginnings was a way to communicate. I am from Guireña and I carry this rhythm in my blood, my maternal grandfather was a Trinitario. I found a video of the rhythm in stel band with Alfrid Valdés on YouTube and I liked it.

To remember is to live... Only once I visited Güiria during carnivals, and spent some unforgettable days with my brothers and cousins. From there we went to San Juan de las Galdonas to swim at the beach. It was beautiful. Wow, this was more than 35 years ago. I was starting my university studies.

Volando de rama y de flor en flor, con mi cuatro, maracas al hombro y lindas alpargatas de charol. Hola queridos hivers, cybernautas , bloguer y panas cono decimos los venezolanos del mundo virtual. Vengo desde muy lejos, inicio mi recorrido desde Cumaná, la tierra del sol. Los saludo, gente buena de #Hive y de todo su alrededor. Con mi voz susurrante, soy la paraulata oriental, les traigo mi melodía y son lleno de sabor.

Me fascina la tertulia, bailar y cantar en Discord. Vivo en positivo y con buenas vibras. Soy como mis amiguitos colibríes, que traen mensajes de amor, de paz y con mucho corazón. Donde quiera que voy, dejo mi son y mi amor. Mensajes de amistad llenos de color. Me gusta bailar mi son como yo quiera y al ritmo del tambor. Soy la paraulata intrépida, libre y sin ataduras, que vive enamorada de la vida con mi cuatro al hombro y mis alpargatas de charol.

Con las uvas del tiempo y los deseos, la copa de vino espumoso y el dólar en la mano. Me quedé estática porque aunque ustedes no lo crean en mi país, cuando suenan las doce campanadas hay que correr y en mi caso volar. Porque al que esté en el medio le echan un balde de agua fría.

Me gusta el carnaval; la música, los caramelos, las carrozas, comparsas y el baile. Sobre todo ir a la playa a descansar, disfrutar de los rayos del sol y del sonido de las olas. Les cuento que a mi padre no soportaba la música y el bochinche con el agua. Mis hermanos y yo, nos escapábamos para ir a bailar en las calles. Wuao, desde que iniciaba el carnaval nos íbamos a Carupano. Amaneciamos en la noche de brujas y en la elección de la reina del carnaval.

¡ Que tiempos aquellos!

En mi ciudad desde hace años no se hacen unos buenos carnavales; todo es desabrido y no provoca salir a ver el desfile que organizan. Pero siempre hay variada de cosas para hacer durante el asueto, tales como: ir a la playa, al rio o a la montaña. Y si prefieren también vale quedarse en casita con cervezas, televisión y parrilada. La música del carnaval es pegajosa y provoca bailar sola. Les traigo mi Top Tres para bailar en los carnavales.

Hay una banda famosa venezolana conocida como la Banda Show, fue fundada por el venezolano Ramón Pérez. Entre sus éxitos encontramos: Soca salsa, la rumba loca, Yo se que quiero entre otras.

Recordar es vivir… Solo una vez visite Güiria en carnavales, y pase unos días inolvidables con mis hermanos y primos. Desde allí fuimos a San Juan de las Galdonas a bañarnos en la playa. Era una belleza. Wuao, esto fue hace más de 35 años. Estaba iniciando mis estudios universitarios.
