Quizás lo más difícil en la vida del ser humano, no es vivir y amar sino arrancarse y desprender un amor del corazón. Sobre todo, si son intensos, apasionados y avasalladores, que son capaces de volver loco a cualquier persona. Ya que el amor se adhiere de tal manera que es casi imposible separar. Digo casi por qué si es imposible, si se pone empeño, voluntad, tiempo, psicólogos, familia y amigos. Hay que aferrarse para a todo, para poder levantarse.
Aquellos que lo logran considero son individuos con mucha fuerza de voluntad que pueden minimizar el impacto negativo que un mal amor tiene en nuestra vida. Es necesario salir del hoyo, puesto que esto pueda tener consecuencias fatales.
La fuerza de voluntad, es el motor que nos impulsa al logro de los objetivos, no sé si es algo innato. Sin embargo, considero desde mi punto de vista que en los primeros años de vida de un niño, hay palabras claves para fortalecer su autoestima. También enseñarles a creer en sí mismo y a valorarse. Hará de ellos individuos que no dependerán de nadie, se amen, y sean capaces de enfrentar obstáculos y sacar de su vida un mal amor. Sobre todo evitará que creen.
Me gusta tocar el tema del amor y loco corazón, porque soy una enamorada del amor. También porque se ha dicho mucho,, pero… no se ha dicho nada válido hasta hoy. Solo puras conjeturas. Algo inexplicable, que lleva consigo emociones y sentimientos, y a los cuales el hombre no le da importancia. Otra cosa que no entiendo es el porqué el corazón se adhiere tan fuerte a un amor. Solo la fuerza de voluntad y un amigo del alma puede ayudar, apaciguar y calmar el alma atormentada.
No he conocido sobre estudios, ni tampoco sé si hay alguna herramienta para desprender el corazón, ni siquiera una operación quirúrgica. Ya que cuando el alma se enamora y se encuentra es muy difícil alejarse y seguir otro camino. Algunas veces a destiempo, porque llega “Tarde” como dice Ricardo Arjona. Sin embargo, esto no es un mal amor para mí porque las personas se aceptan, saben que no durara y que hay que aprovechar los momentos únicos para recordarlos toda la vida.
Mal amor, es aquel que engaña, miente, manipula e irrespeto. Arrasan con todo sin importar el daño a una persona que pone su vida en sus manos. Es difícil distinguir a primera vista a estas personas, y cuando abren los ojos ya es muy tarde. Muchos poetas y escritores han escrito sobre este amor, entre ellos Pablo Neruda:
“Porque en noches como ésta la tuve entre mis brazos,
mi alma no se contenta con haberla perdido.
Aunque éste sea el último dolor que ella me causa,

Mi abuelita Bertita’s decía que era preferible quedarse a vestir santos, que conseguir un amor de este tipo en el camino. Pobrecita mi abuelita, no le pasó por su mente que en la iglesia tampoco estaban seguras.
La vida es así, hay gente de todo tipo, y cuando se trata del amor nunca vemos lo que está evidente. Amigos de #Music, sin embargo, todo se supera, solo hay que luchar y poner nuestra voluntad para superarlo. Hay que abrir los ojos porque quizás el amor está cerca y no lo vemos por estar mirando para otro lado.

El ser humano no puede arrancarse, el arrancarse el corazón ni reponerlo por otro, esto es lo que hace que el despecho sea tan largo. Se pasan días y noches en vela viendo el techo, sin saber qué hacer. Buscando las fuerzas necesarias para seguir adelante y es cuando aparecen los amigos y nos dan fuerzas. Es por esto que digo que la fuerza de voluntad es sinónimo de amigos, a esos hermanos de alma que nos acompañan en el camino, en la alegría y la tristeza.
Son fundamentales en el proceso de sanar el mal de amor y nos ayudan a poner los vendajes en el corazón. Aquellos que no nos dejan solos, nos acompañan a beber, a escuchar música para sacarnos el despecho, nos reiteran que somos especiales. Hay muchas melodías para tararear con una cerveza o una copa de vino y bailar. Fue difícil seleccionar, pero les traigo un Top Tres de mi banda de rock preferida, Mana.
Esta banda fue creada en Guadalajara en el año 1986.
Una de las bandas de rock en español que me fascina es MANA y también amo a Fher, todas sus melodías me gustan. Ellos son especialistas en despechos. Tiene varios temas significativos y que ayudan a desprender el mal de amor. Entre ellas encontramos Arráncame el corazón, fue lanzada en el álbum Amar es combatir del año 2006.

En el puesto dos les traigo la canción Rayando el sol. , que fue lanzada en el año 1990, en el álbum “Falta Amor”. Es esta, se detalla la ansiedad que pasamos cuando buscamos al ser amado y este no nos hace caso y se esconde, en lugar de dar la cara.

Esta es una de las canciones más lindas y ciertas, de verdad es imposible y rayar el sol. Es mejor dejarlo pasar para poder encontrar el verdadero amor que nos traiga paz, felicidad y mucho amor.
Reitero que para mí es la mejor banda, con una larga trayectoria musical, y ocupa mi tercer lugar la melodía “Clavado en un bar”. Fue lanzada en el álbum Sueños Líquidos en el año 1997.

My grandmother Bertita's used to say that it was preferable to stay in saints clothing, than to get a love of this kind on the way. Poor grandma, it did not cross her mind that in the church they were not safe either.

Hola manita bella @mafalda2018, hermoso post. También amo a Mana. Si las personas practicaran la empatía de la buena y aprendieran a ponerse en el lugar del otro hubiera menos desamor. La voluntad de amar nace del tuétano, del ❤️, es algo que nunca podra ser impuesto, pues las consecuencias serían catastróficas.
