Concert Photography: Gloryhammer at RadioBob! Rockcamp - Kieler Woche 2025

The fourth band I photographed at RockCamp during Kiel Week was Gloryhammer. They formed in 2010 and now draw around half a million listeners each month on Spotify. I’d heard of them before but never really had them on my radar. I’ve linked their Spotify profile below so you can hit play while browsing my photos.

Their stage show was a real spectacle with swinging hammers, on-stage beer toasts and some fantastic songs. It had everything you want from a live metal performance and more. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed capturing every moment.

Have you come across Gloryhammer before or even caught them live at a show? I’d love to hear your experiences in the comments below. I’m already gearing up for the next band so stay tuned for more photos and stories from Kiel Week!

I didn't know them, but they sound much like I expected :) Metal bands tend to embrace an image and sound. That can be fun and make for cool shows. My daughter gets to more festivals than I do so she may have seen them.
