... dell’amore non è al suo massimo. La considero soltanto una preparazione alla vita. Le difficoltà sembrano esistere per dare all’amore un significato più vero e completo. Quante storie di passioni roventi terminano con le prime difficoltà?
L’amore è una questione di fede, d’impegno, di volontà, di sudore e allo stesso tempo queste qualità possono esserne l’ostacolo principale.
L’amore sta in una canzone, in un’opera, nel rumore di una foresta che cresce e pure nel commento del lettore che in questo momento si starà chiedendo: “Dove vuole arrivare questo?”.
L’amore non arriva, l’amore è.
C’è amore nello sforzo che un essere umano compie per arrivare al cuore di un altro essere umano. Questa azione sincera crea valore.
Creando valore l’umanità s’avvicina verso la sua creazione.
Con una nuova consapevolezza del mondo, mi ritrovo nella vita di tutti i giorni, accanto a Adriana e con gli esami che scadenzano il futuro.
Il viaggio negli Stati Uniti mi ha dato una nuova dimensione della vita, vedo il mondo in modo più oggettivo. Gli occhi non sono più alterati dalla sofferenza e dalla paura. Le scelte sono più libere. Posso vedere un altro essere umano senza la lente distorta della sofferenza.
Cerco di vedere con il cuore, come ci dice il Piccolo Principe. Mi appassionano le sofferenze degli altri, per le quali provo grande rispetto. Cerco di resistere alla tentazione di angosciarmi per loro, preferendo ricambiare con gioia e felicità, sentimenti ben più efficaci per trasformare il veleno in elisir.
Marco, psicanalista, mi aiuta molto nei sei mesi di terapia. Durante la settimana scrivo i sogni notturni che ricordo e glieli racconto. Con gli strumenti dello psicologo li analizza insieme a me scoprendo ciò che la coscienza non vede ovvero il bisogno di partire di casa.
La fede buddista si consolida, sono più regolare, più naturale. Il ritmo della recitazione mi aiuta a ritrovare la felicità di tutti i giorni. La recitazione è più profonda.

Love is in a song, in an opera, in the sound of a growing forest, and also in the comment of the reader, who must be asking himself at this moment: "Where is this going?
Love does not arrive, love is.
There is love in the effort of one person to reach the heart of another. This sincere action creates value.
By creating value, humanity moves towards its creation.
With a new awareness of the world, I find myself in my daily life, next to Adriana and with exams to look forward to.
The trip to the United States has given me a new dimension to life, I see the world more objectively. My eyes are no longer distorted by suffering and fear. Choices are freer. I can see another human being without the distorted lens of suffering.
I try to see with my heart, as the Little Prince tells us. I am passionate about the suffering of others, for which I have great respect. I try to resist the temptation to torture myself over it, preferring to respond with joy and happiness, feelings that are far more effective in transforming poison into elixir.
Marco, a psychoanalyst, helps me a lot during the six months of therapy. During the week I write down the night dreams I remember and tell him about them. Using the tools of the psychologist, he analyses them with me and discovers what the conscious mind cannot see - the need to leave home.
The Buddhist faith is consolidated, I am more regular, more natural. The rhythm of recitation helps me to regain everyday happiness. Action is deeper.

Dug up from old videos, from old songs written a bit by chance, so improvising on the guitar words and music. I found the title consistent with this page of the book. Imagining the future even when it is not there. Also because until a few weeks ago I unconsciously assumed an attitude of waiting, of expecting that changes would have to come from outside, from the external environment, politics, the economy or the amount of money I had in my hand. Ripescata tra i vecchi video, tra le vecchie canzoni scritte un po' per caso, cosi improvvisando sulla chitarra parole e musica. Ho trovato il titolo coerente con questa pagina del libro. Immaginarsi il futuro anche quando non c'è. Anche perchè fino a poche settimane fa assumevo inconsapevolmente un atteggiamento di attesa, di aspettativa che i cambiamenti dovevano avvenire dall'esterno, dall'ambiente esterno, la politica, l'economia o la quantità di soldi che avevo in mano. Come se inconsapevolmente delegassi gli altri per la tristezza dentro di me e viceversa accettavo la tristezza come una conseguenza che nessuno mi capiva, ascoltava. Oggi tutto si è rovesciata, so che creo questo universo qui e adesso, e me ne assumo interamente la responsabilità. Il futuro è qui.
