Creative Triumph: 31 Days of Art on Hive
Hello everyone! I'm Lorentm, and today I want to share with you a very special milestone in my journey as a digital artist. I've titled this piece "Creative Triumph: 31 Days of Art on Hive", and as the name suggests, it marks the end of a challenge I set myself: to publish an art post every day for a month on Hive.blog.
When I decided to embark on this challenge, I knew it wouldn't be easy. There were days when fatigue set in, and more than once I found myself fighting against the clock to finish on time. I faced setbacks, moments where everything seemed to get complicated, and where the idea of giving up loomed. But with determination, creativity and a little extra coffee, I managed to overcome every obstacle.
The illustration that accompanies this post symbolizes that triumph. I've drawn a girl holding a calendar marking the number "31," celebrating with a smile the accomplishment of having met my goal. The mood is festive, with the word "HAPPY HIVE" standing out above the calendar, as a reminder of the enthusiasm and community support that propelled me forward.
On the back wall, I have hung some of the drawings I did during this month. Each one represents a little piece of my artistic journey, a mix of characters and scenes that capture my style and the diversity of ideas I explored. Seeing them together, in a single painting, is a kind of personal retrospective that fills me with pride.
This challenge was a roller coaster of emotions, from the uncertainty of whether I could pull it off to the elation of having done it. I feel deeply grateful to each of you who accompanied me on this journey, your comments and support were the fuel I needed to get this far.
Now that I have reached this goal, I feel more motivated than ever to continue creating and sharing. This momentum I've gained doesn't stop here; I'm excited to continue exploring new ideas, characters and styles in the coming months. I hope you will continue to join me on this artistic journey that is just beginning!

¡Hola a todos! Soy Lorentm, y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un hito muy especial en mi viaje como artista digital. He titulado esta obra "Triunfo Creativo: 31 Días de Arte en Hive", y como sugiere el nombre, marca el final de un desafío que me propuse: publicar un post de arte todos los días durante un mes en Hive.blog.
Cuando decidí embarcarme en este reto, sabía que no sería fácil. Hubo días en los que el cansancio se hacía sentir, y más de una vez me encontré luchando contra el reloj para terminar a tiempo. Enfrenté contratiempos, momentos en los que todo parecía complicarse, y donde la idea de rendirme se asomaba. Pero con determinación, creatividad y un poco de café extra, logré superar cada obstáculo.
La ilustración que acompaña esta entrada simboliza ese triunfo. He dibujado a una chica sosteniendo un calendario que marca el número "31", celebrando con una sonrisa el logro de haber cumplido con mi meta. El ambiente es festivo, con la palabra "HAPPY HIVE" destacándose arriba del calendario, como un recordatorio del entusiasmo y el apoyo de la comunidad que me impulsó a seguir adelante.
En la pared de fondo, he colgado algunos de los dibujos que realicé durante este mes. Cada uno de ellos representa un pedacito de mi viaje artístico, una mezcla de personajes y escenas que capturan mi estilo y la diversidad de ideas que exploré. Verlos juntos, en un solo cuadro, es una especie de retrospectiva personal que me llena de orgullo.
Este reto fue una montaña rusa de emociones, desde la incertidumbre de si podría lograrlo hasta la euforia de haberlo hecho. Me siento profundamente agradecida con cada uno de ustedes que me acompañó en este camino, sus comentarios y apoyo fueron el combustible que necesitaba para llegar hasta aquí.
Ahora que he alcanzado esta meta, me siento más motivada que nunca a seguir creando y compartiendo. Este impulso que he ganado no se detiene aquí; estoy emocionada por continuar explorando nuevas ideas, personajes y estilos en los próximos meses. ¡Espero que sigan acompañándome en este viaje artístico que apenas comienza!

After a month of hard work and creativity, I have finally managed to publish a piece of artwork every day on my Hive blog. Today, I represent myself in this drawing proudly holding a calendar with the number "31", surrounded by the colorful illustrations I have created during this time. Each drawing on the wall behind me tells a unique story, reflecting my dedication and passion for art. This achievement not only symbolizes my commitment, but also the incredible support and connection I have forged with my community through each publication.
Después de un mes de arduo trabajo y creatividad, finalmente he logrado publicar una obra de arte cada día en mi blog de Hive. Hoy, me represento en este dibujo sosteniendo con orgullo un calendario con el número "31", rodeada de las coloridas ilustraciones que he creado durante este tiempo. Cada dibujo en la pared detrás de mí cuenta una historia única, reflejando mi dedicación y pasión por el arte. Este logro no solo simboliza mi compromiso, sino también el increíble apoyo y la conexión que he forjado con mi comunidad a través de cada publicación.
Process / Proceso
The process of creating this drawing began with the sketching phase, where I captured the initial idea. With loose and light lines, I drew the main figure of the girl holding the calendar and defined her posture, the expression of her face and the arrangement of the festive elements surrounding her. This is the moment when the idea starts to take shape, where the general composition is established and the most important details are suggested.
Once satisfied with the sketch, I moved on to outlining the illustration. This is where everything starts to take on greater clarity. I used firmer, more defined lines to bring the girl and the environment around her to life. Each stroke is careful, as at this stage it is essential to maintain the fluidity and coherence of the figure. The curved lines of the hair, the precision of the facial features and the details of the calendar are refined to ensure that the drawing has a solid and harmonious structure.
With the outlining completed, it's time to add color to the work. I selected a palette that reflected the joy and festive spirit of the achievement. I began by applying the base colors to each element, from the girl's skin to the details of the calendar and background. I made sure that the colors complemented each other, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere that emphasized the emotion of the moment.
The next step was to apply shadows to give depth and volume to the illustration. Here, I focused on how the light would affect each element, from the folds of the clothing to the hair and the calendar. Shadows not only add realism, but also help direct attention to the focal points of the work. I used darker tones for the areas less exposed to light, adding contrast and dynamism to the drawing.
Finally, I applied glitters to highlight and give an extra touch of life to the illustration. This is the step where the shiny details in the hair, eyes and festive elements take center stage, adding a flash of energy and completing the festive atmosphere. These sparkles not only add a more polished look to the drawing, but also reinforce the sense of celebration and accomplishment I wanted to convey with this work.
The end result is a vibrant and emotionally charged illustration, capturing the triumphant moment of having completed 31 consecutive days of art. Each stage of the process was essential in bringing this idea to life, transforming it from a simple sketch to a visual celebration of my artistic journey.
El proceso de creación de este dibujo comenzó con la fase del boceto, donde plasmé la idea inicial. Con líneas sueltas y ligeras, dibujé la figura principal de la chica sosteniendo el calendario y definí su postura, la expresión de su rostro y la disposición de los elementos festivos que la rodean. Este es el momento en el que la idea empieza a tomar forma, donde la composición general se establece y los detalles más importantes se sugieren.
Una vez satisfecha con el boceto, pasé a delinear la ilustración. Aquí es donde todo empieza a tomar mayor claridad. Utilicé líneas más firmes y definidas para dar vida a la chica y al ambiente que la rodea. Cada trazo es cuidadoso, ya que en esta etapa es fundamental mantener la fluidez y la coherencia de la figura. Las líneas curvas del cabello, la precisión en los rasgos faciales y los detalles del calendario se afinan para asegurar que el dibujo tenga una estructura sólida y armoniosa.
Con el delineado completado, llega el momento de añadir color a la obra. Seleccioné una paleta que reflejara la alegría y el espíritu festivo del logro alcanzado. Comencé aplicando los colores base a cada elemento, desde la piel de la chica hasta los detalles del calendario y el fondo. Me aseguré de que los colores se complementaran entre sí, creando una atmósfera cálida y vibrante que enfatizara la emoción del momento.
El siguiente paso fue aplicar sombras para dar profundidad y volumen a la ilustración. Aquí, me enfoqué en cómo la luz afectaría cada elemento, desde los pliegues de la ropa hasta el cabello y el calendario. Las sombras no solo aportan realismo, sino que también ayudan a dirigir la atención hacia los puntos focales de la obra. Utilicé tonos más oscuros para las áreas menos expuestas a la luz, añadiendo contraste y dinamismo al dibujo.
Finalmente, apliqué brillos para resaltar y dar un toque de vida extra a la ilustración. Este es el paso donde los detalles brillantes en el cabello, los ojos y los elementos festivos cobran protagonismo, añadiendo un destello de energía y completando la atmósfera festiva. Estos brillos no solo añaden un aspecto más pulido al dibujo, sino que también refuerzan la sensación de celebración y logro que quise transmitir con esta obra.
El resultado final es una ilustración vibrante y llena de emoción, capturando el momento de triunfo de haber completado 31 días consecutivos de arte. Cada etapa del proceso fue esencial para darle vida a esta idea, transformándola de un simple boceto a una celebración visual de mi viaje artístico.

- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I took a few days to rest, I needed it hehehe, to draw I usually take 3 to 4 hours.
Understandable haha. I took about a week of rest now.
Only 4hrs huh. Man I feel like I'm wasting too much time xd. Lineart takes too much time to complete from rough sketch haha.
