Back on Stage After 8 Years – 4/20 Gig at Dispensary 7884

This past 4/20, I played my first live gig in over 8 years—and it felt so good to be back.
The show took place at Dispensary 7884, a local spot with good vibes, friendly folks, and a perfect setting for a laid-back, off-grid musician like me. It was a small but meaningful return to the stage, and a great way to reconnect with a live audience.
As part of the set, I performed my original song "Stoned"—a tune that's fitting for the setting and the date, obviously. Here's the YouTube video of that performance:

Later in the evening, I had the chance to do something completely spontaneous: an improvised jam session with a local freestyle rap artist. It was raw, real, and totally in the moment. We didn’t plan a thing—just pure flow. I caught a short clip of that moment too:

Going forward, I’ll be doing a few more low-key shows around the area—mostly at local dispensaries, where the vibe is right and the people are there for a chill, soulful time. After being away from gigging for nearly a decade, this new chapter feels like a natural and grounded return.

El pasado 20 de abril, di mi primer concierto en vivo en más de 8 años, y fue genial estar de vuelta.
El concierto tuvo lugar en Dispensary 7884, un local con buen ambiente, gente amable y un entorno perfecto para un músico relajado y desconectado como yo. Fue un regreso a los escenarios, pequeño pero significativo, y una excelente manera de reconectar con el público.

De ahora en adelante, haré algunos conciertos más tranquilos por la zona, principalmente en dispensarios locales, donde el ambiente es ideal y la gente viene a pasar un rato relajado y conmovedor. Después de casi una década sin conciertos, este nuevo capítulo se siente como un regreso natural y con los pies en la tierra.
