Brown Lentils are so versatile, I would have raided that stash long ago, always run out of them! Labneh sounds so good, I have a tub of yogurt in the fridge, just need to find the cloth, keen to make some! I'm still 'boarding' at my brother's house till my new house is transferred into my name.
