I'm Lisnaivis, Cuban flutist, music lover, content creator and constant explorer of new ways of expressing myself. Today I want to share with you how I live a Wednesday from my artistic perspective, between rehearsals, ideas, recordings, study and spirituality. Join me on this journey!

Soy Lisnaivis, flautista cubana, amante de la música, creadora de contenido y exploradora constante de nuevas formas de expresarme. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo se vive un miércoles desde mi perspectiva artística, entre ensayos, ideas, grabaciones, estudio y espiritualidad. ¡Acompáñenme en esta jornada!

☀️ Musical morning The day starts with a cup of coffee and then I proceed with my study routine; before anything else, I like to practice conscious breathing exercises, which is essential for wind musicians. It helps me connect with my instrument and prepare body and mind.

Then, I move on to technical study with the flute: scales, articulations, sight-reading studies and review of repertoires I am working on. This morning space is very important, it is where I connect the most with my progress and creativity.

☀️ Mañana musical El día comienza con una taza de café para luego proceder a mi rutina de estudio; antes de cualquier cosa, me gusta practicar ejercicios de respiración consciente, algo esencial para los músicos de viento. Me ayuda a conectar con mi instrumento y a preparar cuerpo y mente.

Después, paso al estudio técnico con la flauta: escalas, articulaciones, estudios de lectura a primera vista y repaso de repertorios en los que estoy trabajando. Este espacio matutino es muy importante, es donde más conecto con mi progreso y creatividad.

🎧 Inspiration and creation Mid-morning I go through my content ideas. Since I love creating reels and videos for Instagram and YouTube, I spend time shooting clips, looking for music tracks, thinking about outfits and locations.

One of my favorite parts is going out to beautiful places in Havana, like Almendares Park or the Malecón, to shoot on location. It motivates me to mix the visual with the sound: the flute, the atmosphere, the colors... everything is part of the story I want to tell.

🎧 Inspiración y creación A media mañana reviso mis ideas de contenido. Como me encanta crear reels y videos para Instagram y YouTube, dedico tiempo a grabar clips, buscar pistas musicales, pensar en outfits y locaciones.

Una de mis partes favoritas es salir a lugares bonitos de La Habana, como el Parque Almendares o el Malecón, para grabar en exteriores. Me motiva mezclar lo visual con lo sonoro: la flauta, el ambiente, los colores… todo forma parte de la historia que quiero contar.

💻 Community and content Back at home, I log on to Instagram and YouTube to read, comment and post. These apps have become a space where I not only share my art, but where I get inspired by other stories. Sometimes I upload posts about music, other days about my day to day life, my tastes or learnings.

Today, for example, I write this post to this beautiful community of Hive. Writing on Hive is also a creative exercise. It forces me to reflect on my processes, and I love that other artists or curious people can join me on this journey.

📚 Study and personal development In the afternoon, I spend time improving my English. I'm in first level, and I strive every day to learn new words, useful phrases and watch English content, such as podcasts or songs. I also read the Bible. I like to intersperse chapters with Christian movies or spiritual reflections.

💻 Comunidad y contenido Ya en casa, me conecto a Instagram y YouTube a leer, comentar y publicar. Estas aplicaciones se han convertido en un espacio donde no solo comparto mi arte, sino donde me inspiro con otras historias. A veces subo posts sobre música, otros días sobre mi día a día, mis gustos o aprendizajes.

Hoy, por ejemplo, escribo este post a esta hermosa comunidad de Hive. Escribir en Hive es también un ejercicio creativo. Me obliga a reflexionar sobre mis procesos, y me encanta que otros artistas o curiosos puedan acompañarme en este viaje.

📚 Estudio y desarrollo personal Por la tarde, dedico tiempo a mejorar mi inglés. Estoy en primer nivel, y me esfuerzo cada día por aprender nuevas palabras, frases útiles y ver contenido en inglés, como podcast o canciones. También leo la Biblia. Me gusta intercalar capítulos con películas cristianas o reflexiones espirituales.

Discipline is key. I try to organize myself with apps like Forest or Pomodoro to focus better and make the most of my time.

🎶 Night with music At the end of the day, I like to improvise a bit with the flute or play the bass. I also play a little with my cat Teo, my faithful companion, listen to artists that inspire me like Sarai Rivera, Daryl Anton, João Gilberto or Dua Lipa. As I had already told you bossa nova music has a special place in my heart. I think Brazil is full of artists with a unique sensibility.

La disciplina es clave. Intento organizarme con apps como Forest o Pomodoro para enfocarme mejor y aprovechar el tiempo.

🎶 Noche con música Al final del día, me gusta improvisar un poco con la flauta o tocar el bajo. También juego un poco con mi gato Teo, mi fiel compañero, escucho a artistas que me inspiran como Sarai Rivera, Daryl Anton, João Gilberto o Dua Lipa. Como ya les había comentado la música bossa nova tiene un lugar especial en mi corazón. Creo que Brasil está lleno de artistas con una sensibilidad única.
